RunsforWineandCarbs ... I'm getting my thyroid checked. From checking Dr. Google, I believe I have a low functioning thyroid. I've never actually been checked for it but I'm sooo sick of feeling like garbage. Then I have to have my annual bloowork for our insurance incentives.

CestLaVie - I love that the dog is pulling the kids! <3 It's the only way to wear him out!! If we're being lazy we will drive down a back road. He'll do about 15km (9 miles) at 30km/hr (20mph) before he's tired. Lol I cannot walk that.

shellyr - pinterest will be your best friend! I heard it seems like a PITA but you can find a bunch of recipes on pinterest that will help it be less of a PITA.

Thanks ladies. I’m freaking out over here. I am feeling like sh*t about myself even though I know this isn’t my fault.

So far, so good. DS1 is good to daycare so that helps. The baby has been pretty sleepy. I had a clogged duct on Friday so that was no fun but much better today.

Crap guys, my doctor’s office called. Gestational diabetes over here. Was anybody else in this club? I’m really feeling bad for myself. We have a decent thread going on the Jan/Feb 2018 BMB if you want to check it out! I don't have it but I've been reading along some. Eta: I see flippinchica already covered this!

coconutbacon, my DH was impressed with her lines too. E did some coloring with crayon the other day, which was pretty easy to remove but marker is another level.

Still tired, but I got a lot more sleep last night. We might be getting snow again tomorrow, they have been moving the time it would start up. I'm hoping the snow boots I got for M arrive before the possible snow.

I'm just glad my phone didn't freeze because I was laughing to myself thinking that if I had to go to a neighbour's to call someone, I don't know their numbers!!
"Can I use your computer?" Is this the future?!

Oh, and whatever you do, don't let crayon sit in water for an extended period of time. K usually has a small cup of water in her room for her water paints and I usually remember to discard it every night. I must not have noticed it until I walked in the other day and there was this awful smell. Totally from a crayon sitting in water. Yuck Yuck Yuck!

mrspiatt, how are things going for you. I haven't seen you around lately. But i did see a really cute pic of J on IG last night! Hope all is well. Hi there- Things are kind of off for me right now. I’m feeling better than I was. I have more patience with the kids and I’m not feeling so down, but I’m feeling very withdrawn and antisocial and not happy, just existing. As for the kids, they’re doing good. J is doing better since he started taking Zantac. We have his 2 month appointment today and I’m pretty confident he’s over 10lbs now. Worm is sick and I’m taking her to The doc when I bring J. She’s having a hard time breathing and while she doesn’t have the barking croup cough, she sounds like that when she crying. DD1 is doing great other than some issues with their landlord. They have a lease until August and the landlord put the property up for sale and is trying to bully the kids into moving, H and I have been helping them ray informed if their tenant rights and the laws that protect them. We had a scare the other day with DSS, his mom sent us the screen shot about the inbound missile to HI, that was terrifying and we’re so relieved it was an error. I need to figure out how to process things with DS1. There are things that he’s done that I need deal with, but at the same time, once I say it to anyone, it’s out there and I risk others finding out. So right now I don’t have much of a relationship with him and until I can figure things out, it’ll stay that way. I think this more than anything is the cause of my mood. H and I are doing great, which is such a change from a year ago. I’m really happy about that and we live where we live now. I think I’ve mentioned how miserable H was at work and how horrible his boss treated everyone. His boss has finally been let go. Rumors are going around that it was sexual harassment, but H doesn’t think so. The guy was a big jerk, but H never heard him speak inappropriately to or about anyone in that way. So he’s thinking the rumor is wrong, or someone made something up since HR was taking action on the way he was treating people (which in itself was reason enough for him to be removed). So we’re hopeful H will be happier at work now that things have changed. *Fingers crossed*

We had an epically horrible night last night! E has a cough/runny nose (going on 2 months for both him and I at this point of colds!) and some nights it really messes him up. So he woke up first around 9pm with a bad dream, I think. I decided at that point just to keep him in bed with me b/c I felt bad for him....bad choice because from like 10-3 he and I were just annoying each other: he wanted to lay on top of me and touch my face (which I didn't like) and I had to have all my million pillows due to my reflux and my belly just in the right place (which he didn't like). Finally, we were both crying around 3am and DH whisked him away to one of the other bedrooms for the rest of the night! Luckily I am off today and managed to sleep until like 9. I don't remember the last time I've slept so late.
Just thought I'd share with you guys since you can (sometimes!) relate....
I'm also wondering if E is finally getting his 2 year molars. As of November, he did NOT have any of them and no signs but I tried to feel the other day and think there was something popping up in the bottom at least.

mrspiatt, it sounds like you still have a lot on your plate. I hope the doctor is able to do something to help worm and she’s feeling better soon. I’m glad J is doing well and things are going better with your H. @easterneshoregirl, poor E! I hope he’s starting to feel better today. I’m glad you were able to sleep in!
