Day 2 is done! Writing down my reps definitely helped. I got all my best scores on the last round.

Day 3 done! For some reason I like to do it live. Having the set time helps keep me from putting it off. Unfortunately it’s live before my son’s nap time, and he was yelling at me the whole time today. 🙄

One thing I noticed with 7.0 that bugged me a little is the lack of workout lineups in the description (on the BBM site) and NO ONSCREEN TIMERS. Those things were such a saving grace. I know that is just a product of this one being live-streamed, but I really miss not being able to see how much time is left. The lineup is in the description if you click the “See More” link.

Just did Day 3 - several things without weights, but focused on form so I don't bone my knees.
Plank up-downs can still go straight to hell.

Day 3 done- and I was actually slightly more competent at the plank up downs!
I'm so sore though. Have any of you tried her recovery series? I'm debating getting a foam roller.

Day 3 done. I really liked the kneeling squats, I have trouble getting my glutes to activate (it’s a runner’s problem ) and these seemed to help

I did day 3 this morning. It felt good to be getting back to strength after 2 weeks off.
Has anyone else noticed that she seems to be starting out a lot more intense than she did in 5.0? I don't mind because I need to kick my ass into gear after slacking through the holidays and I think I have an okay base after 5.0, but tabatas for cardio and only 15 seconds of rest between compound strength movements seems like a far cry from the slow ramp up we had in 5.0.

Also, my bed was so warm and cozy this morning, so I didnt get up to exercise. In going to walk on the treadmill tonight and do days 2 and 3 tomorrow morning. I'm scared of these kneeling squats you guys are talking about!

A foam roller is a really great pick up. And you don’t have to do her recovery series per se. there are videos out there. I think I got a dvd when I bought my foam roller from Giam

mananana I watched the first video of her recovery series just to learn how to use a foam roller (I had only rolled with a ball before) and now I just roll out whatever areas that are really sore and stiff when I need to. I got a small foam roller, like travel size, and it does the job.

I feel really sore still since starting back up, but today was the 2nd cardio day and my numbers were better than the 1st time, so I'm happy about that. I think I need to look into getting a foam roller though.

Ugh. So the hotel WiFi does not work in the gym. I tried so many things, had them reset it, upgraded. Anyways, it works other places but not in the gym.
I ended up watching it in my room, writing down the moves and using an interval timer. I’m not sure I did those one leg things right, but I got it done. I’ll do the cardio outside tomorrow.
I also did a yoga class, so that was great.

Day 3 of BBM and yoga done. I'm less sore now than I was before the workout, but I'm sure I'll be hurting tommorrow. Pushups and plank up downs are the worst

For the abs, I've been doing 10 minute videos from Millionaire Hoy on youtube. The moves are very difficult, but he provides modifications for each move. He's got a great beginner HIIT series as well.

Doubled up yesterday so day 2 and 3 now done. I'm supplementing with P90 ab workouts right now but I'm not going to do too much extra. I know I won't have time for more than 30 minutes a day moving forward anyways. I like it so far...it's similar to some of the Beach Body workouts I'm used to so the moves are at least fairly familiar. And because it's so short I know I'll keep doing it!
