Omg helloerrbody I’m so sorry. I can’t even imagine how hard this must be. What is the surgeon saying? Does he have a follow up anytime soon? Also don’t be sorry about posting about it here. We’re here to listen!

This baby boy is down low. I was getting this weird pain right above my pubic bone and I'm getting squirming moves right above it so I know it's him. Now that pain has turned into cramps. Come on baby, we're ready!

I have the worst low back pain at night. It get better as I go on with the day, but I'm wondering if it means baby is sunny side up. I sure hope not! I have bad back pain too. Both my kids have been face up but I don’t know if they are correlated. FWIW, I’ve only had back labor and my opinion is that it’s more tolerable than regular because when you’re in an awful contraction you can put pressure on the point. I had my H twisting his fist as hard as he could in it. You can’t do that in the front.

I don’t know if baby is lower or what but feels like it’s trying to claw it’s way out. It’s so uncomfortable, like scratching my cervix and also punching.
Anyone else feeling this? I’m only 34 weeks so I don’t want the baby to have dropped yet.

So tonight I got somewhat severe pain. For the last couple weeks I have been using prescription hemorrhoid cream. They now think I’ve basically got a small blood clot down there and will need a procedure at the colon specialist. I’m freaking out.

We’re here to listen! He goes in Wed. morning to have the catheter removed but will just see the nurse. Surgeon saw the pics I sent and said it looks normal/fine. I’m just trying to trust the process and have faith that it will one day look like a penis again...

No, we can’t go to the ER bc those doctors will freak - they haven’t seen this and will not know what to do. And they could make something worse. Surgeon said that it looks fine, so I’m trying to believe him!

For S+TMs baby doesn't typically drop until labor begins so rest assured it is totally normal :-)

*banging head against wall*
My inlaws are usually lovely people but religious holidays are so weird with them now. FIL was born Catholic but never fully baptized and he and MIL raised DH in a Presbyterian church. Two or three years ago there was a huge falling out with their small church (all old people, very small) and MIL and FIL both left. FIL decided he was going to go back to his Catholic roots and MIL stayed Presbyterian so now FIL doesn't go to church with us he goes to Mass and MIL, DH and I go to church together. Whenever we visit them we usually go to church with MIL since we are also Presbyterian, it almost feels like we are visiting divorced parents and are "choosing" which parent and which church to attend. It is so silly.
The plan for Christmas Eve this year was to go to my sister's house for dinner with HER in-laws and my parents for dinner, eat and then go to church. We were hoping FIL would go to an earlier mass so he could go to church with us but no... It was already a tight timeframe to get from dinner (eat at 6:00) to church (starts at 7:00) but now I'm not even sure it is possible because FIL will need to go to a different service at a different church which means different cars, he will need to leave dinner even earlier and now I just don't know what in the world to do. I'm supposed to bring the stuffing and veggie tray to my sister's for dinner so I don't want to leave her hanging and I also don't want to figure out what to prepare to feed everyone for yet another meal in our house this weekend.
MIL is trying to be flexible by saying that DH and I can go to Tess's and FIL and MIL will just do their church thing (MIL would meet us at our church) but I'm not about to leave them at our house without a meal so that is really just a stupid idea. Ugh...
I know this is low on the scale of holiday family drama, but I'm so annoyed right now.

I know I'm posting a lot today. This kiddo must get cold when I ice my lady bits. He started going crazy about 10 minutes in. I pulled the pack that was getting pretty warm about 10 minutes ago and the pressure he's putting on my cervix I swear feels like he's going to break my water any second. His butt and kicks are all near my belly button now so maybe soon?

It feels like he is trying to claw me from the inside out.

I am laying in bed and it’s too hot in my room and MH is snoring so I can’t fall back to sleep. I am also too lazy to go downstairs and get and ice pack so 🤷🏻♀️

Well that is some BS and not ok in my eyes. Really just not appropriate care to see a postop patient with concerns at some point that week.
