That ending sucked
So I had it figured out at the beginning then convinced myself I was wrong. I then thought layla was....im putting it here so this is your warning, look away or don't read if you don't know......i thought it was the depressed neighbor.

I actually have never been able to get into Stephen King which is weird considering I like the genre. I was briefly considering the outsider to see if I like it. Should I?

I don’t like his books either despite liking the genre - so twins here. I’m currently reading it and it doesn’t feel like his typical style. I’m into it and wanting to know what happens. I’ll wait to recommend it tho bc it could continue to be good or it could fall flat. I’m worried what’s going to happen as I feel I’m almost to a big turning point.

I read the outsider and found it to be so so.
I kept getting annoyed by the author plugs he does through out the novel

CestLaVie I’m wanting to keep reading the outsider but I’m home alone with the kids and I’m a bit scared. Maybe that’s a sign it’s a good book ... I’m so close to being done it. I should just suck it up right jedi.

45thparallel, I've got three from the library right now that I will read soon: - When Life Gives you Lululemons (same author as Devil wears Prada) and I like it so far! - The Invisible Library - The Knockoff (same authors as Fitness Junkie so more of a fun light read). I am savoring China Rich Girlfriend because those books are just so enjoyable! I don't want them to end haha. I've got the third one ready to go on my kobo too haha. My time ran out on War Storm when I was half done, so now I'm back on the waiting list.

45thparallel, a nora roberts 2 in 1 book thing. can't remember the name. first book is about a female reporter/writer who wants to interview the best seller of horror books and he is hot. second book is about a female photographer going on a 3 month photo shoot across the US with a photojournalist and there's sexual tension. guess how both end...in love and married...but not after they completely hate each other and deny their feelings... after the last book i needed something fun and light to read! I am about to begin Grace, Not Perfection by Emily Ley.

jedi I wish I could do .5 ratings on good reads. It was a solid 3.5 but 3 was too low so I rounded up! I predicted two major things but overall really enjoy it.
