I've said this before, but as the armorer on set, the weapon is her responsibility. Checking and rechecking a weapon multiple times is standard procedure. This is not specifically in defense of Alec Baldwin but of any actor who handles weapons on stage or set, you trust your armorer/prop master to have things in order. That said, I really think Hollywood should move towards using fake guns and cgi bullets. There's no need for blanks in this day and age, since even blanks can be deadly under certain circumstances. If he were just an actor, I’d agree. From what experts have said, making actors responsible would add risk, not mitigate it. And I think it’s primarily her fault. Where it gets iffy for me is that he had dual roles. If this were a manufacturing company, there had been prior near misses, employees left because of those safety concerns, and then a fatality happened? I do think the company and company leadership have some degree of responsibility. Granted, the US tends to only hold companies and company leadership financially responsible, but a recurring problem across industries when it comes to safety culture is that safety costs money. If the production had been willing to take the financial hit and conduct safety stand downs after the prior incidents, it’s possible they would have been able to prevent this. Given just how bad she was at her job and how many people on set had concerns, unless the person looking into those incidents was also terrible at their job, I have difficulty believing they wouldn’t have - at a minimum - raised concerns about her performance. I agree. It's his role in production, not as the actor holding the prop that should be addressed. Especially if reports that they were using live rounds as practice during off hours are true. That never should have been allowed, and should have been dealt with harshly at the time. I watched the police interviews online and there were some serious issues with that set before this ever happened. Production companies need to take responsibility for having safety built into the budget, and be held accountable when things go wrong.

All these actors take on the role of "producer" so that can get that $$$. Well that reward does not come without risk, AB is inherently responsible for the set. Hanna is also very young and a second generation armorer. I question her dad and his skills and safety measures. How responsible was he and what did even teach her?

How did I miss that Megan Fox and MGK broke up? Did they really tho? They called off the wedding, but no other comments have been made about where they currently stand. I saw a headline of where she recently said something to the tune of “don’t waste your energy on boys, they drain you”, so I thought I had missed a break up perhaps.

I'm reading (not professional) reviews on T.Swift's album that has supposedly leaked and they're mostly negative. Some songs about her relationship with Joe, most about Matty Healy and how she will never get over him. HIM.
My gosh she needs to take time to reflect and get out of the spotlight.

These are all great points and likely ones the prosecution will bring up. It'll be interesting to see how much responsibility they give him for his role as producer.

According to those reviews and interpretations, she's big mad that she was essentially forced to break up with him due to the reaction of Swifties.
My eyes can't roll any farther back in my head, y'all.

Were Swifties even mad? 90% of them that I see on twitter didn’t care or excused the “relationship” away

I'll be very interested to see if the leak was legit or some convoluted AI mess. We'll know tomorrow/Saturday, I guess.

Also seeing some reviews from fans (not professional as you said) and maybeeee 15-20% like the album but most are considering it one of her worst. Too many songs, too many similar sounds, needed to trim the fat, etc…are what they are saying. I think most expected it to be a Joe breakup album but a lot is about Matt Healy and I think her fan base just doesn’t care about that situationship.

Reacher actor Alan Ritchson has been coming in hot with thoughts and opinions during a press cycle for his upcoming film, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. From calling out the predatory nature of the modeling industry, saying it's "legalized sex trafficking", to the hypocrisy of Christians supporting T.rump. He received backlash from the National Fraternal Order of Police for a statement saying "cops get away with murder all the time". I think his response to their criticism is really good, especially for a white guy playing a former cop... http://instagram.com/p/C51A-srr0JB

I think it’s photoshop and maybe some filters. I feel like I saw her in an interview not that long ago and she didn’t look like that.
