20 minutes yoga, and about 45 minutes of walking between a loop with the dog and a quick run to the grocery store for more ingredients for dinner.

I was feeling very energetic today so got in quite a bit of workout time.
- 30 min Chest & Triceps with RK - starting Week 5 of her 5-day split and I'm a little amazed I'm not bored with it yet. - 20 min Apple Fitness Dance Workout (it's International Dance Day, ya'll, and, of course, I wanted that badge) - 5 min Upper Body Stretch with Callie - 30 min 80s Walk with Joslyn - 10 min Full Body Stretch with Matty

I got back from the Catskills yesterday evening. While I was there, I did Peloton Barre and stretching. Last night I did a 20 minute ride, just to get a little something in. I'm taking a rest day today, and planning on a hard 45 minute ride tomorrow.
I had another post op appointment with my surgeon. The inflammation is still intense, but I am now allowed to use anti-inflammatories. So I have a prescription coming this evening. I'm going to take them for a week and we'll see how it goes. Then, I stop again. In 3 weeks I have another appointment with her, and she may do a steroid injenction (very carefully– it's something they've been avoiding because it degrades the tendon, but the inflammation is just still so intense.) And we may do another round of PRP. (OUCH!) But I am slowly making progress and it;s getting stronger and healing otherwise. She said once we get the inflammation under control, I can start to run (though it will be short distance run/walks at first.) Really hoping that's soon! There's a 5K in June that I'd love to be able to run/walk with DD.

I’ve been busy at work and life and MIA from this thread, but chugging along IRL! Got in 4 great trail miles this morning, sticking to 3-4 mile distances for the most part lately. I’ve been just enjoying it and adding in some strength training and bringing back morning walks with SO to kick off our days. More of the same this week. 😊

Doubled up today. Deadlifts/row this morning followed by stretchy swim (1600 yds) this afternoon.
Also I’m either getting sick or have a huge zit brewing. Lol. My lymph node right under my chin hurts like heck. My throat and ears hurt too. I can’t tell if that’s all referred or not. I have a pimple on my chin so I’m kinda hoping it’s just that… idk. Putting myself to bed early just in case.

I have not been posting as much lately but I'm still trucking along too, currently doing the HCOTF calendar again at the moment. I finally have made some progress on losing some weight again, I think it's all the walking that I've been doing while waiting for DS at baseball practices, or waiting for games to start. Lots of nice trails around here. The movement is helping my mental health too, I think!
Today was 20 min G/L with Rebecca, 10 min barre with Hannah, 10 min lower legs with Andy, 10 min core with Ben. 45 min walk at baseball.
B - Skinnytaste bagel, turkey bacon, fruit L - leftover grilled chicken and strawberry quinoa salad D - Skinnytaste Korean beef bowls S - frozen banana w/ PB and chocolate chips

One of two in office days done. It took me way longer to get out the door than I planned. 🤦🏻♀️
All I could squeeze in today besides dog walks was a 10 minute core with RK and a 10 min arms and light weights with Camila.
Tomorrow will be a rest day because I have an off site all day and then a work dinner. Ugh. So not looking forward to that.

Way to go CurlieWhirlie ! Today and yesterday I got up and did strength workouts before coming in to the office. CD1 is around the corner and work travel next week, so we’ll see how it goes. Plus still fighting allergies/cold/sinuses.

20 minute full body strength with Selena, and a 30 minute run/5k with Adrian. I think that will be it other than a walk with DH in a bit.

Happy Tuesday!
Morning workout:
- 30 min Legs & Core with RK - 5 min Lower Body Stretch with Matty
Luncthime workout:
- 38 min W8/D1 N2R for 2.3 miles; I'm starting to incorporate one challenging run vs all easy at this stage and the second half of today's run was the neverending incline portion of the bike trail around the corner from my house. - 10 min Lower Body Stretch with Selena - 5 min Medicine Ball Ab Workout (I purchased one off Amazon recently)

PT this morning. Lots of balance work, cupping, ice. And a 30 minute PZ ride. I was going to do more, but I was having streaming issues and it took time to finally get it working. It was a good, tough ride though.
And off to teach. It’s my last week of teaching for the semester and then I have a break until the summer program I manage starts in June.

Ugh, hi.
I overslept today. I ended up being up all night with the dog who apparently ate like half a tree and was puking it back up all night. All over our bed and the carpets. Fun times.
Did a 45 minute tempo run with Becs after school. I needed 4.8 miles to scrape out my monthly mileage minimum and ended up with 4.9 miles. I stayed at the upper end of my tempo pace in the first half, so I probably could have squeezed 5 miles out of myself, but I'm just happy I made it. April has been a complete shit show. I did a 10 minute core focus flow and my favorite 20 minute evening flow with Kristen that I do when I miss my stretch or am sore, both of which was me today.
God I hope I can get up tomorrow. I've been a total wreck lately and I'm over it.

20 min upper body with Andy, 10 min arms and shoulders with Rebecca, 10 min core with Robin. Sports were canceled but still got a 45 min walk this evening in the rain.
B - Skinnytaste bagel L - leftover Skinnytaste Korean beef, white rice, and edamame D - Caesar salads w/ salmon. I used half the regular dressing in the salad kit and half Skinnygirl brand (stupid name) fat free Caesar to keep it a little lighter, which was watery and odd. Full fat for the win. I used to like this one brand made with yogurt but can't find it anymore. S - I think pretzels and cottage cheese

My kid had her belt test last night, so I had to skip the trail group. Ended up getting 5 miles during my lunch break though (thank goodness for wfh days b/c boy did I need that quick shower). Got up early for 2 miles this morning, will try to do some shin stuff at my desk since I have resistance bands in one of cabinets. cnf, I'm sure my daily shoe choices are not helping (and I hadn't thought about that). I used to wear more supportive shoes (retired stability running shoes) but they ruin all my looks and I have not been using any arch support in my flats/boots. Big ope to me.
