I could have written this word for word. I, too, have super irregular periods and am constantly bleeding/spotting with just a few regular days in between. I had my annual exam right before it and everything was fine, but I do have PCOS and that's one of the symptoms you can have. My friend was having similar bleeding patterns and she switched our her copper IUD earlier because apparently the doctor said sometimes they need to be replaced sooner than the 10 year mark. I'm going to ask about this and other things mentioned in here as well.

Have you considered an ablation? If you’re for sure done with kids. It was such an easy procedure and my “periods” now are 3-4 days of such light bleeding that I don’t need any tampons or pads or anything, it just comes out with the pressure of when I use the bathroom. I had super heavy and painful periods all my life until I got the ablation. Life changing. I'm so glad that worked for you! Mine is like one heavy day and then 7 more light days it seems. It's better than it was but I was so hoping for basically not needing any period products.
