The walk of shame shot. I died. Absolutely died. Also, my kiddo is now convinced that DD looks just like my brother (news flash: he definitely does not). Literally told me that every single time he was on screen. Whatever you say kid, whatever you say.

I loved this episode so much. I love Matt Murdock and I’m so excited he’s coming back again. So maybe he comes to represent her now that she looks like she might be getting arrested?

The new episode was so good! I was smiling through the whole thing. Love the charming, quippy Daredevil. I never watched his show because the episodes I tried were so serious, but this Matt Murdock I can get behind. I wonder if the reboot will be more like this one or the all business Netflix one?

This actually was very similar to him. He was full of snark in the Netflix series, just set in a show with a dark tone (vs a comedic tone). The original show can be very funny times. It's very good- I highly recommend it.

I mean, it is a dark show in a lot of ways but he does have great humor and charm. I have the biggest crush on him lol. Also it gives a bunch of screen time to my favorite side marvel character, yes even over Darcy…Nurse Claire/Rosario Dawson. She’s such a bad ass and I love that she crosses over those NY shows.

I did enjoy her and Matt's banter. It was great. I was wondering how Matt was able to practice in CA though. Aren't lawyers only licensed in the state they pass the BAR in?

Yes, and from what I remember CA’s bar isn’t reciprocal with any other states BUT you are allowed to take the bar in states you don’t live in so many lawyers are licensed for multiple states. If Matt is such a hotshot lawyer it makes sense he would have taken and passed more than one state’s bar exam.

Got to say, loved the finale. When the initial "climax" occurred, I was with Jen. Way too much. I love how she took over and just made it her own. When Matt just dropped in at the end, it was hilarious.
That said, H and I are really ready for the Young Avengers to be announced.

I actually liked how there wasn't a central villain she was fighting this season and it was just about her figuring out life as a hulk.

This episode was a bit too meta for me. I liked the way the storyline was resolved at the end but the bit in the middle with the Disney+ screen and the writers and Kevin was overkill.

I liked the ultimate ending but I wish they’d just gotten there without all the dramatic buildup and weird interlude. Maybe just a throwaway line about not needing a big epic showdown or whatever.

I loved the meta ending. A perfect TV representation of the way She-Hulk completely jumps out of the page in some of her classic 4th wall breaks in the comics.
Also died at K.E.V.I.N having a little hat like attachment on top. Perfection.
And I absolutely loved how DD was just plain dropped from the sky at the end. And the Fast&Furious style family cookout? *chef's kiss*

Maybe you had to have read the She Hulk comics to appreciate the finale? I haven’t and while parts of it were funny (particularly the conversation with K.E.V.I.N.), most of it fell flat to me. The season seemed too disjointed and kind of pointless. I get that it’s not like the other shows that are more like extended movies. But it didn’t fully embrace its episodic nature either. A lot of the episodes were just plain boring and teased at a bigger story, so to then throw that all out the window at the end? I didn’t get it and I felt very unsatisfied. I literally told H I want my 3 hrs back or whatever time I spent watching it.
In general, phase 4 is really disappointing me so far. Maybe it’s juts too hard to live up to the expectations they built up after End Game.
I loved Daredevil though. Should I go back and watch that series? I never watched it before.
