Taitai that looks beautiful! Hope your sons eye clears up! His eye is improving! No redness - and less gunk today. I think it’s viral conjunctivitis- which we just have to wait to clear up. He did freak out at 5am, because his eye was crusted shut. He kept saying- “my eye is broken!!!” Let’s hope we’re on the upswing 🤞🤞

Yeah - I felt so bad for him! He was impatient to wait for DH to get a warm compress, but once we got that on and he could open his eye again, he finally went back to sleep. And then DS2 woke up from all the commotion, and took another 30 min to get back down. Sigh.

We ended up at the urgent care bright and early Saturday. The boys were playing while my H was fixing breakfast and I was putting away laundry. DS2 started crying/screaming, and we found him unwilling to put any weight on his left foot. We never really figured out what happened because DS1 thought he was in trouble and explained about 15 different ways what happened. Thankfully no fracture, just a soft tissue injury of some sort. He's walking ok by now but still not really running. Rest, ice, and pain meds were prescribed. LOLOK to an 18th month old tolerating ice and rest.
Then yesterday I took the boys down to my brother's for our nephew's 16th bday party while DH had to go to a football parent meeting. My brother lives on a farm and the boys had a blast. A BLAST, I tell you.
