Baby is the size of a: blueberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: we will be finding out! I have two boys already.

Symptoms: nausea. I’ve thrown up a few times. I’m slowly getting some energy back.

Weeks pregnant: 6w4d
Baby is the size of a: Popping firecracker
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out!
Appointments: Had an US this morning, waiting to hear back from my nurse on what comes next. But we saw the heartbeat!!
Symptoms: Big, SORE boobs. Nausea all the time, but I've only thrown up once. The exhaustion is insane.
Milestones: Seeing a heartbeat this morning! I haven't gotten to see one since my daughter, so it was a really great feeling.
Rants/Raves/Vents: None really besides still being overly annoyed with the constant lack of communication from my nurse.

Weeks pregnant: 5w1d
Baby is the size of a: Appleseed
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: FTM, but this is my third pregnancy
Team: Haven’t decided yet. Honestly, I’m afraid to think that far ahead.
Appointments: First US on Friday
Symptoms: Some nausea, heartburn, getting up at night to see, sore nipples, fatigue
Milestones: I’ve had 3 good betas, which is a huge milestone for me!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I’m feeling awesome about my betas, but not checking more betas or doing anything now to monitor this pregnancy is driving me crazy. I’m very nervous for my US on Friday. I’ll be 5+5 at that point. I’m praying for good news.

Weeks pregnant: 6w1d based off lmp Baby is the size of a: sweet pea FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM Team: I would like to find out during genetic testing Appointments: 1st appt August 16th Symptoms: pregsomnia, mood swings, vivid dreams, so so tired Milestones: none yet. I think I'll worry less after a clear anatomy scan and once the baby is moving regularly Rants/raves/vents: light brown spotting after sex seems to have stopped, but now I'm just freaked. Sorry but my H is not getting any for awhile. I'm OOT next week so I'm trying to decide if I should call my old doctor's office because I know they would probably get me in. I was doing fine mentally before the spotting, now I'm spiraling and analyzing everything.

Weeks pregnant: 5+1
Baby is the size of a: peppercorn
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out around 10/11 weeks
Appointments: First ultrasound this Wednesday morning!
Symptoms: Exhaustion Exhaustion Exhaustion, nausea on and off
Milestones: Told my family (they knew we were doing treatments and I wanted to tell them on my term rather than having them ask and drop hints asking). H's mom will find out in two weeks!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm freaking out about telling my principal. She was not thrilled last time, especially since I went out two weeks prior to scheduled induction date. I'm due around the same time this time, and am planning on a shorter leave, but still. Gonna have to figure out how/when to tell her soon, because the bloat is strong and my entire floor will probably know the first week of school hahaha (start in two weeks)

grover I am also not looking forward to telling my supervisor. She just got a promotion and has been my equal for many years so we are quite close. We have discussed our losses at great length. She had 2 before her son and sadly she told me that she just had another 10 week loss in early July. So it's awkard and sad for me to tell her.

Weeks pregnant: 5W6D (still going off my dates and not ultrasound dates which would have me at 6w3d)
Baby is the size of a: sprinkle!
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out at the anatomy scan
Appointments: Scheduled my confirm for Friday afternoon.
Symptoms: sore boobs, sensitive to smell, REAAAALLLY bloated, and nausea off and on.
Milestones: getting to see babys heartbeat:)
Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm not having my apt with my own OB because she will be out of town and they just auto-cancelled my appointment instead of calling me to have me reschedule. I'm a little annoyed because I don't know if this new provider will order a repeat ultrasound or if I will have to wait for mine to be back in town in a couple of weeks.

Weeks pregnant: 6 weeks
Baby is the size of a: sweet pea
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out for sure
Appointments: this Thursday. I was getting nervous about not having symptoms so moved it up a week.
Symptoms: I am so, so beat. I feel lazy but I just don’t have the energy to do much after work. I finally started feeling the same kind of nausea as I did with my son, which makes me feel less anxious that something’s wrong.
Rants/Raves/Vents: I bought a bunch of fruits, veggies, etc. this weekend but I can’t stomach eating a salad or having healthy snacks right now. I will feel bad if I can’t make use of the food, ugh.

sammie I just made our grocery order and added a bunch of new snack/lunch ideas because I need like 12 small meals a day to survive, and I'm afraid by the time I go to eat them they'll all sound terrible 🤦♀️

Woah I missed this thread! Hi!
Weeks pregnant: 9 today!
Baby is the size of a: southern pecan
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: Finding out, waiting one more week for Panorama
Appointments: waiting on my OB referral
Symptoms: exhaustion and nausea, hits hard at 11 am and gets worse
Milestones: baby has graduated to “fetus!”
Rants/Raves/Vents: just nervous about heading up to a huge family weekend and keeping things under wraps. I’d love to tel but MIL is an intense personality and I think it’s best to wait until my hormones are more level.

Thankfully string cheese has been getting me through some other moments.

I missed this too
Weeks pregnant: 6w 6d
Baby is the size of a: ladybug
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Find out
Appointments: still trying to schedule. It's been 3 business days since the nurse said she would talk to the doctor and call me back. So I set a reminder to call tomorrow morning.
Symptoms: sore boobs, nausea that is worse as the day goes on, exhaustion
Milestones: none yet. Trigger warning - my losses were both missed miscarriages where the baby stopped growing around 6-7 weeks and we didn't discover it until the 1st ultrasound around 8-9 weeks. I saw someone post the statistics about losses but when I see them all I can think is I was that 4%...twice. I'm glad they are helping some people because PGAL brain needs all the help you can get.
Rants/Raves/Vents: I love my doctor so I'm trying to be patient about this scheduling nonsense but I will pull out the I've had early losses card if necessary tomorrow.

TW tapdancer solidarity my last pregnancy i had a miscarriage at 11 weeks (the baby stopped growing at 8.5 weeks). I looked at that chart and it is 2 percent for that gestational age? I didn't realize how unlikely my miscarriage was.

***TW previous MMC*** tapdancer, same. I had 2 MMC and one was even after good genetic bloodwork/testing. It ended up that the baby had an extra set of chromosones and was not viable, and I still don't understand how the testing didn't pick it up. We didn't know baby had passed until an appt at like 14 weeks, after we had told everyone. I'm not sure I'll feel comforted until maybe the anatomy scan? Although I feel like crap today, which is helping. PGAL brain is the worst. I am liking the mantra, "hope doesn't make bad things happen," that you all have going on!

Thanks Eames and jewelsofthenile sometimes just writing it out helps. I almost threw up this morning which has never happened any of the times I was pregnant so I'm hoping that's a good sign

My ultrasound is in an hour and I am an absolute wreck. I know I can get through it if I lose this one too, but I just want to move on with my life and my family. I'm making myself sick with worry.

Ok! So everything looked good. Doc said its too early for a heart beat (6+0), so don't expect one, before he even did the ultra sound. We saw the sack, amniotic fluid, "fetal material" and flickering inside the sack which he said is the beginnings of cardiac activity. He said it all looked exactly perfect and he wouldn't bullshit me. He said, "if its bad news I just tell you". So I go back in 2 weeks and he said that's the big one.
Thank you for the support.
