Rants/Raves/Vents: time is flying and at the same time I can’t believe it’s only July. I’m not happy about having reflux at night already.

Baby is the size of a: Blueberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out
Appointments: Not until Aug 2 ::sob::
Symptoms: Nausea coming and going, some cravings and aversions, tiredness, insomnia. I'm having less symptoms than with DD and it's making me so nervous.
Milestones: None right now
Rants/Raves/Vents: I've been struggling with PGAL brain lately. I'm wondering if I should call the OB to request an earlier ultrasound.
Possible baby names? We have 2 girl names we like, and nothing really for boy names.
GTKY: where are you from? I'm in RI right now. I'm from Poland and I grew up in MA.

Weeks pregnant: 11+2 Baby is the size of a: key lime/profiterole FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM Team: Green! Appointments: next Tuesday I have an OB visit and a repeat blood draw because my first one showed elevated liver enzymes (?!). Followed by my NT scan which I am actually looking forward to. Symptoms: nausea has been giving me a huge break until today; I just feel like crap today. This could be due to laying awake last night from 2:30-4 am after getting up to pee and not being able to fall back asleep no matter what. Milestones: last week I was on vacation but right before I left I told my bosses, so that was a big thing. I'm still a week or two away from being completely "out" at work. Rants/Raves/Vents: I got to nap every single day I was on vacation and it was glorious! Possible baby names? MH and I finally had a somewhat meaningful discussion about this last week. Girl names are going to be WAY easier than boy names, it seems. He's still fixated on Joe or Dennis and I hate both. GTKY: where are you from? I am from New Jersey but moved up to Massachusetts 10 years ago and settled here with my Masshole man. Bonus: you guys want blump, I'll give you some blump--

Weeks pregnant: 6+4 Baby is the size of a: chocolate chip! For some reason that makes me super happy. FTM/STM/TTM/etc: ftm Team: finding out in 3 weeks! Appointments: Got an ultrasound last Thursday because of light bleeding, I have an SCH but all is well, heard heartbeat, and now just spotting brown. annual physical today, GP is a French guy and has interesting opinions... He tried to guilt me for taking Claritin (with RE's go ahead) and for gaining five pounds since last year. Next ultrasound is Thursday. Symptoms: oh the nausea!!! Going to ask for B6 and maybe unisom to try. Peeing several times a night, couldn't sleep because any position hurts my boobs or lovenox bruises or makes me nauseous. Got a special body pillow yesterday and it made all the difference! Milestones: first time we've ever heard a heartbeat. Passed 6 weeks, Which is when we lost our last pregnancy. By this time, in all previous pregnancies I already knew something wasn't right. So I have every reason to believe Baby L will make it! Also chose a hospital and an OB. Rants/Raves/Vents: my mother is trying to boss me that I shouldn't do this or that (go to the zoo, clean out the room that will be the nursery). I'm doing only what the doctor has recommended as okay, no lifting or exercise. She needs to just shut it. But she keeps saying stuff like, you'll regret it if something happens! Kind of messed up. I won't because I know what does or doesn't contribute to loss. Possible baby names? Girl's first and middle set 100%, boy's first 90% sure, several middle options that we both like. GTKY: where are you from? Western New York, born and raised..DH moved here for me

Weeks pregnant: 15w 1d Baby is the size of a: box of crayons, an avacado FTM/STM/TTM/etc: ttm Team: blue Appointments: had one last week Symptoms: nausea, varicose veins Milestones: I feel like I've been feeling some minor movements, like early flutters, for the past few weeks even though it's early. Last night I felt something a little more obvious. I'm hoping I can feel more soon! Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm annoyed at how hot it was last week! I need some more pleasant weather Possible baby names? No clue yet. DH and I have been through the SS top 500 and have a couple we don't hate. We already struggled finding a name for boy #2 so #3 will be tough GTKY: where are you from? I moved around a bit as a kid but we live in New England now (and have for awhile) I hope the photo isn't too huge!

Weeks pregnant: 9w, 3d
Baby is the size of a: Cherry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: I haven't decided, but probably find out. I am coming to realize I am actually a little scared of having a boy (since I have two girls) so although I love the idea of waiting I am wondering if it wouldn't be better to find out.
Appointments: First official appointment next week.
Symptoms: Total lack of energy and I hate all food.
Milestones: I told my DDs. It is a little early yet, but I want them to be involved.
Rants/Raves/Vents: I just reviews my US results from two weeks ago and saw I actually measured one day behind. My brain knows one day is totally normal, but my PGAL self is melting down a little. I am feeling all the anxiety.
Possible baby names? We have a pretty good idea for a girl, and some working ideas for a boy.
GTKY: where are you from? The Pacific Northwest.

I called and requested an early ultrasound. I'm getting one tomorrow at 10am. I'm so nervous about it, but I'd rather know if things are looking good or not. I was nervous anyway not knowing.

dashook I hope you get some answers on why your liver enzymes were elevated! Hopefully it was just a fluke thing and they're ve back to normal on the recheck. Thanks! I really hope so. The same thing happened at the outset of my pregnancy with DD and nothing ever came of it. But my blood pressure spiked at the end with her (leading to induction) and then it didn't go down for weeks afterwards even after they put me on Labetalol. They said if it is still elevated after my appointment next week they're going to send me to a specialist.

Milestones: saw the HB last week (148) and 2/3 of the way through the first trimester!

Possible baby names? We have a girl name in mind we like but nothing for a boy. I’ve mentioned possibly using my late Fathers first name as a middle name but we’ll see.

redhead610 woohoo for feeling flutters! I can’t wait to start feeling LO! wildflowers what did your DDs think? I’m looking forward to telling my 3yo DD. She “knows” bc she’s talked about the baby in mommy’s belly, even before we found out 😳 She’s continued talking about it over the past few weeks but we haven’t confirmed anything. notagoddess hopefully the US tomorrow will give you some reassurance. I’m sure it’ll go great. GL!

FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: Finding out
Appointments: Friday with the midwife for full exam and US!
Symptoms: Nausea. All day every day. Dry heaving. Major food aversions.
Milestones: None really.
Rants/Raves/Vents: The constant nausea is getting mw down. Today I've stayed busy almost all day which has helped take my mind off of it some which has been nice.
Possible baby names? No idea. We will wait until we find out to start really trying to decide.

Weeks pregnant: 7+2
Baby is the size of a: Blueberry. I have to look this up every week just for this, ha!
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: Finding out
Appointments: A week from today. Can't come soon enough!
Symptoms: Not much, but the boys are keeping me so busy I'm not really paying attention. I expected more fatigue and I'm not feeling it. Mild nausea occasionally, sensitive ute.
Milestones: nothing
Rants/Raves/Vents: Just waiting! My family was tactful and nobody asked about it over our vaca so even if they suspect, they didn't mention it. I don't expect the same of some of my in-laws and will likely be showing a bit by that family trip at the end of the month so hope I can get the genetic testing done ASAP, though it is unlikely. My muscle tone is permanently shot from DR so even though I'm doing my PT, I'll show early.
Possible baby names? We've had a girl name from before DS1. I like one boy name but want to look at family names. Some family members have been doing a lot of ancestry work this past year so that will be convenient!

Weeks pregnant: 8+1
Baby is the size of a: Jelly Bean
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding Out
Appointments: I have an appt. with the OB coordinator next Monday. This seems silly to me since I just had the same appt. in February, but whatevs. I’m going to ask about another US or at least if they’ll attempt to find the HB with their doppler (they don’t usually try the doppler until 12 weeks).
Symptoms: The blump is in full force. So much breast soreness. Crying about the most ridiculous things. And I had to break out the unisom+B6 last night for nausea. My sickness is always at its peak in the evenings.
Milestones: None this week
Rants/Raves/Vents: PGAL brain is the worst.
Possible baby names? We’re 99% sure on our boy name, but we can’t agree on a name for a girl. I had one girl name that I absolutely loved, but MH haaaaaated it. And a close friend is using it for her daughter this fall, so I’m back to the drawing board.

DD1 (6) was not happy. She is feeling better about as a few days have gone by, but it is a big change and she is worried about it. She said she likes our family and she doesn't want it to change. It caught me off guard, but I think is a perfectly valid and appropriate way to feel.

Weeks Pregnant: 9+5 Baby is the size of a: Cherry FTM/STM/TTM/etc: FTM Team: Finding out Appointments: August 1st Symptoms: Still feeling sick a lot, bloating like crazy, so so tired Milestones: Nothing really, counting down to the end of the first trimester Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm in a vicious cycle of feel sick to my stomach which makes me miserable then feeling a little better which also makes me miserable because then I worry something is wrong. I'm almost 10 week so maybe it is normal for it to ease up a little bit at this point...although every time I say it's easing up I get hit with a really bad spell of it. Possible baby names? We have a few ideas we like for each, but nothing for sure yet GTKY: where are you from? I'm from VA, but live in Florida. Right near Disney world

@strawberrykiwi I am also in the 9th week and noticing (aka worrying) about the same thing. I have parts of the day where I feel pretty normal. Just when I start to get really worked up a wave of ick hits me. I do think I am going longer stretches of feeling better at a time.

sammysam sending lots of love and good wishes your way this morning! I can't believe your US is finally here... Saying a prayer for a healthy bean! Also, it's got to make the emotional stress of PGAL that much harder to be so terribly sick. In all gentleness and concern, I'd like to ask if YH's... Inconvenient opinions on anti nausea medication are something you would ever consider revisiting with a look to their logic and maybe the impact on you?

Thanks guys:) I'm feeling a little less sick this morning so taking the oportinity to catch up here while I can:) Leaving for the US in about 2.5 hours. I was up worrying about it all night. But it's beyond my control. sunshiney I think if I pushed it SO would let me take them. He does so much and never asks for anything so I'm going to try to give him this. If it becomes unbearable I'll fill the prescription though. Last time I didn't have a 4 going on 17 year old to deal with.

dashook why is pregnancy sleep always the worst??? You think nature would at least give us a break at night. @amc Don't feel guilty about asking for the meds. I filled the prescription when pregnant with DD so I at least had it on hand if things became unbearable. If it weren't for SO I'd have them hook me up to an IV of the stuff.
