Anyone experiencing dizziness? I nearly passed out at the grocery store today and also this weekend. I have a dr appt tomorrow but I think the heat is just really getting to me. I had some yesterday while outside trying to fix our pool pump. Could definitely be the heat (and I think in my case, from squatting down and standing back up too fast while out in the heat.) Probably worth bringing up at the Dr though.

Dr. Cox I had a ton of dizziness around 15 weeks or so and it lasted for a while. Hasn’t been as bad lately. I hope it gets better for you! Stay hydrated!

hugs jense927 - that Doppler is awesome too, I used it with my last pregnancy for the first time and it was super easy to use.

Dramaphile I’ve had my share of RLP. Sneezing is seriously dangerous. But with RLP, it’s here and gone just like that. At least for me. This was so uncomfortable and wasn’t letting up. Tylenol was helpful, though. I’ve been fine ever since. So weird. We were busy yesterday and I didn’t feel baby much, but today at work where it’s chill, he/she is wiggling like crazy. So, that’s reassuring. Dude yes.. the sneezing and coughing. It makes my RLP and BH act up... and I have an umbilical hernia so it always makes me nervous since it puts more pressure on it.

Yes, I get overheated quickly and it causes blackouts.. I have to be very careful when I’m out. I can’t even go to the grocery store for 10 mins

I wonder if that explains my weird feelings. I have found a few times in the last few days if I turn a certain way I get this sharp sensation. I don’t want to call it a pain bc it doesn’t necessarily hurt but is pretty intense and freaks me out each time. Do.not.like.it! Is it down low sort of on the side(s)? Because I have been having a ton of Round Ligament Pain, way more than I remember from my first pregnancy, usually when I move or twist in certain ways. I also get this pain/cramping in my whole uterus when I wake up at night and have to pee really bad. So lovely. Mine has actually been more in the middle. I do get the whole uterus cramping though and do not remember that first time around.

I get it a lot if I have been sitting and stand up too quickly. I am trying to make myself stand up more slowly because I almost past out a few weeks ago. I think I was overheated too which didn’t help.

Ugh last night we went grocery shopping in the crazy heat and I got home and felt so off! Had to strip down to just a tank top and underwear to put my two year old to bed so I could finally cool down enough to feel human.

Had to strip down to just a tank top and underwear to put my two year old to bed so I could finally cool down enough to feel human. This is my normal after work outfit lol Usually my husband (who is a human space heater) blasts the AC and I have to wear real clothes or I freeze, but this week our central air is chugging due to the 100 degree heat and humidity and even I'm warm. Also my two year old, yesterday morning, declared it was snowing outside and she put on a sweatshirt and mittens and wanted to go in the backyard to die of heat stroke for funsies. Kid is bananas (and obsessed with the My Little Pony hoodie her godmother sent her last week).
