cp3 Oh yay, I can be more helpful since I'm much more familiar with DL! I don't think you need the parkhopper. California Adventure is really a one-day park, and two days in DL will give you nice breathing room to do that one. Try to be there at park opening, if at all possible - the older crew can get in one or two of the bigger rides (Radiator Springs Racers, Space Mountain, those kinds of rides) and the littles can do Fantasyland which is where most of the baby-friendly rides are. By noon in the summer, most Fantasyland rides will have 30+ minute waits (which my toddler doesn't tolerate, I don't know about yours). I can give specific ride suggestions and tips, but this will quickly turn into more of a novel so just PM me if you want more on that, haha. Even if you aren't wearing, don't leave your Tula with your stroller when you go on rides. A couple of local babywearing FB groups I'm in have been posting about carriers getting stolen off of strollers recently. If the kids will make it to the evening, the night shows are amazing. Fantasmic at DL is great, they just revamped it - I'd look into a dining package, otherwise you need to be there at park opening to get Fast Passes for a spot. The Paint the Night parade at DCA is my very, very favorite Disney parade. Oh! Grad Nights will be happening while you're here. Definitely plan your DCA day around that. Here are the dates and general tips: disneylanddaily.com/grad-nights-at-disneyland/If you want food/restaurant recs or have any other random questions, I could talk about Disney for days. I just don't want to overload you or the board here.

cp3, love the pictures!! sweetc129, I know I shouldn’t laugh at the second picture of him crying but it’s so cute! tinyjoys, I think whether you think you are done or not, having someone “tell” you that you can’t have another is tough. Hope your recovery gets easier from here. For all of you going to Disneyland - we’ve been 3 times since L has been born and we will probably go a few more times this month. DS1 loves it and the baby has been doing pretty well. I second katietopaz that Disneyland is very baby friendly. There are so many rides you can take the baby or younger kids on while older kids are doing the bigger rides. We do a combo of baby wearing or keeping DS2 in the stroller. I personally don’t find California Adventure as great if you have young kids, but if you have a combo of older and younger than yes it’s worth the visit. We generally spend most of our time at Disneyland but that’s with my oldest being almost 3. Also I recommend the fireworks at Disneyland. The Pixar theme they have going on right now is just adorable. Worth staying at least one night to see them. We have not done the parade at California Adventure yet, but I did not love the parade at Disneyland. It was just okay. Also happy to answer any questions people have.

How old is your LO: 2 months / 9 weeks
Appointments: had one today. Seems like he is pretty consistent on the growth chart with height (40th) and weight (20th). He’s the complete opposite of DS1, who is really tall. We got 3 shots but luckily he’s just been pretty sleepy today.
Milestones: we’ve had a few nights where he’s slept 8:30 pm - 5 am. Those have been magical. Otherwise we are generally at one wake up around 3/4 am. He’s also started cooing - he said “mama” the other day. I’m sure he meant it!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I’m really hoping the increased dose helps with his reflux. This past week he has been generally inconsolable in the afternoon hours and it’s not been fun. I want my easy going baby back.
GTKY:. I can't think of a question, so is there anything you'd like to share? Time is flying by. I’m not even half way through my maternity leave yet but it’s going by quicker than I thought.

Appointments: Next week Milestones: we'realmost getting smiles and coos. She’s so so close - her tracking is so good and she really follows noises and faces. Rants/Raves/Vents: DD2 is really congested. I got some saline and need to break out the nose Frieda. I feel so bad for her. It’s clearly allergies and totally my fault bc I took her outside for a good bit yesterday Not baby related but I’m so so tired of bleeding and am very ready to get my IUD asap. I need to get laid. DH and I get along so much better when we’re having sex 😂 GTKY:. I can't think of a question, so is there anything you'd like to share? MY TODDLER IS STTN. This is amazing and a huge life change and I love it.

sunshinedaisies I think your LO is just one or two days older than DS?(born 3/8) A few times DS's cries have sounded very much like maaamaaamaaamaaa and I'm 😒🤔😮 I'm pretty sure he has no clue. I don't think he's quite as socially advanced yet as some of y'all babies.

whatsit that's so interesting about how she grew. She doesn't look skinny but I don't understand how you can gain only a pound in four inches. [\quote] Ya I have no idea. And I know there’s a bit of room for error re: length, but it doesn’t seem too far off when she had grown 2 inches at her one month appt. Also thanks everyone for the Disney tips. We’re planning on doing World this fall and it’s nice to hear how baby friendly Land is (just assuming they’re set up similar).

I mean...mine very clearly said “ma” while looking at me and “mama” one other time when I said his name. So I think I have the earliest talker ever 😀😆😉- I feel like I deserve this since DS1 didn’t say mama until like 18 months (but said our dog’s name at 11 months the jerk). Joking aside, my baby barely makes any social noises yet. Other than screams. He does that a lot.
