Tuesday- rest day Wednesday- squats and deadlifts. Which is essentially cardio for a powerlifter. Today- Some lat and bicep work and actual cardio.

Yesterday took an unscheduled rest day because tired.
BBME week 4 upper body + Jessica Smith abs done today.
My proud moment was doing two rounds of 90 seconds of elevated mountain climbers with no breaks. Brianna took breaks. I did not. 💁🏻♀️

I got 13k steps plus a Jillian workout that was largely balance, core and biceps and shoulders. My proud moment is that I did a full version of what she calls donkey kicks which is basically going from plank to almost a handstand. I couldn’t do a full one when I started

BBME week 4 lower body done. It wasn't too bad. Even the 90 seconds of pop squats, which I was dreading.
She threw up water in her mouth towards the end. Yikes.
H was working out in the same room and had so many questions about that. I'm like "yeah, that's Brianna for ya"

I took a week off, not on purpose but have just been so busy and the baby has been sleeping like crap. I got back into it today, with my own strength workout made up of all bbm extreme moves that involve laying down or kneeling LOL because, tired.
Briana is starting a live bbm extreme on Wednesday so I'm going to do that, haven't decided if I'll just start with week 3 or if I'll go back and start at 1 with them. We'll see how many workouts I get in before that I guess.

I think I will just keep on with what I’m doing. I’m going to finish extreme in mid-may and then do Surge for a week. Then I think I’m going to try OTF and maybe some Jillian stuff for at home days.

Thursday I had my aerobics class and yesterday I went on a run. No exercise today but I have been out of the house walking around most of the day.
I won the Fitbit workweek hustle challenge I was in this week 😊

I did yoga sculpt on Saturday. I did the 7:30 am class. I’m enjoying doing that because it really keeps me in check on Friday night in terms of not drinking and going to bed early. Then it gets my Saturday off to such a great start.
Yesterday I did BBME week 4 cardio and a 30 minute run.
Between all that and Fridays lower body workout, I am so sore.
I have a rest day today but did yoga with Adrienne this morning for some stretching. I will foam roll tonight to try to break some of this up.

I did the day 30 fit test and day 29 upper body strength yesterday from BBM 5.0, and I have that muscle soreness again! Its been a while. I think isolating the upper and lower body will be a better workout, so I'm excited for phase 2. I'm not going up in weights, 10s are still hard for me so I'm sticking with them for now.

Yesterday I did BBM Extreme Week 1 Day 1. I skipped barre last night because I wasn’t feeling great. Feeling better this morning. Did day 2 of Extreme and went on a 2.3 mile run.

I am still doing hasfit workouts about 5 days per week. I did a 10 minute abs video this morning and the abs are still burning. I might try to do a butt workout in the morning.

Extreme week 1 day 3 and a 2.2 mile run this morning.
I also signed up for a 5k on the 20th. I always feel 100x more motivated when signed up for a race.

I only did one workout last week. I was fighting a cold that settled into my chest and my mom and MIL we're (BOTH) in town. I'm psyching myself up to get back at it next week but I feel like a lost a lot of momentum.

I managed to get in a weekend workout which I don’t normally do but then I missed my workout this morning because I was too tired from getting up with my kid. I guess it evens out.

I started week two of Extreme on Monday. In addition to the Extreme videos, I also did abs and barre on Monday, abs yesterday, and a 2.7 mile run today.
