@juliagulia - what’s your take on the BBME? Is it a similar format (only more extreme?)
I think that’s my next plan after I get back from NO in May.

@juliagulia - what’s your take on the BBME? Is it a similar format (only more extreme?) I think that’s my next plan after I get back from NO in May. I’m only 1.5 weeks in, but I think it’s good. It’s significantly more difficult than the normal challenges. It’s is upper body, lower body, tabattas and you repeat it twice in a week. The difference is that the weight supersets are compound moves for 90 seconds and a cardio move for 90 seconds. But only 5 moves. So lower body yesterday was donkey kick and hydrant on one side for 90 seconds followed by 90 seconds of burpees. 😱 The tabattas are the same but 4 rounds. She acts more serious about the whole thing, but it’s still Brianna so not perfect. Lol. There is a meal plan but I haven’t used it yet. Maybe next week.

Hey skipped workout last night. Got home too late from hosting an event with work. Might have to skip a couple days next week too due to work events. On the bike right now for a long ride.

I repeated the endurance workout that I almost finished on Wednesday. I should be able to get the strength in tomorrow. And then continue onto week three.
It really isn’t that intense, but it’s keeping me accountable and moving and I’m still sore daily.

Well I had fully intended on jumping in on the 90 days tomorrow as my meet was supposed to be today, but the damn weather had other plans.
So I start today I guess. Worked up through my back up meet attempts. Set a new squat PR with 390. Then did some deadlifts too. Those were not as awesome.

I have a diet bet weigh in tomorrow and I’m nervous. I’ve been traveling a lot and nutrition is always hard when I travel. I’ve been fitting BBM workouts in pretty consistently, though, so I’m happy about that.

Rode my bike to 7:30 am yoga sculpt class. I was not into it at the start, but ended up enjoying it. It was a lot of abs and glutes, so I’m expecting soreness tomorrow.

1 hour/5 miles on the elliptical today. I meant to walk for like 10 minutes. Whoops.

I am catching up on some missed workouts after dinner (purposely skipped to rest before my 5k). I haven’t been running and did not PR but I ended up 9th in my age group (out of 99) at 30:35. I had to stop twice to tie my shoes. So I’m happy. I signed up for a July half but plan to keep my WW going and JM workouts in the evenings. Really excited to see what that’ll do for me

did cardio last night and will have to have a rest day as I have a work event again tonight. the next couple of days will be spotty. After Wednesday's event, I will be free again.

I'm back. I fell off the wagon last week on vacation (I ate and drank all the things without a single workout....despite my best intentions). I started BBM Extreme today. Day 1 complete, upper body with cardio supersets.
90 seconds of pushups followed by 90 seconds of burpees as the first move really had me questioning just wtf I had gotten myself into but it got better after that.

Thank all that is holy today’s workout was core and not endurance. I still got my heart rate up but did not die.
I totally caught the kids’ cold and feel like warmed up garbage.

I had a girls lake weekend, so I didn’t work out 3 days in a row. I got back in it today by doing days 10 and 11 of BBM 5.0

@privacy great job with the 5k!!!! That’s an awesome time! I may sign up for one in October. I don’t think I’ll get anywhere near that time, but if I get between 33 and 35 I will be thrilled.

I'm going to have to remember to snap a pic at some point, sometimes I let DS come downstairs and he will try to imitate the stretches on screen. It is the best. His Downward Dog is actually better than mine!

Can I jump in here? I just started BBM 2 week fat blaster today and I started 7.0 last week (I’ll continue on after this 2 week thing).
I know it takes time but I did my measurements and weight this morning. I’ve gained 4 inches on my boobs, 5 on my hips and like hundreds of pounds. I’m anxious to get back to healthy living again.

I just did an elliptical workout today but it was something. I am still struggling to get back into a rhythm. Until I have a real plan I need to at least do something six times a week. I have relaxed a little too much. I’m off this week so no excuses.

My workout today was called "the floor is lava"...it was not as hard as it sounded, which is good, because I was super winded and stuffy still. I did it though and I'm .4 lbs away from the next decade down, so I'm happy and sticking with it.
