My 2 year old is so fricken picky. He has maybe 10 foods he'll eat.
But I got him to eat noodles with parmesan earlier this week and he ate a chicken nugget today!
Neither of these are super healthy, but I'm just so thrilled he tried 2 new things.

As of this morning he is doing better. They are going to take him off the ventilator tomorrow and see if he can wake up and breathe on his own. Thanks for asking.

I've been so lazy lately, that I'm sore today in my quads from walking (not slowly, but still, walking) 2.5 miles with my dog yesterday. I've got to get my butt in gear to stay active!

I haven’t been active at all. I work downtown so the smells would set off vomiting. When I’m home on the weekend I sleep if I get any downtime. So applause for you!

I've been meaning to get a 30 min. walk in on the treadmill 3 days a week but I haven't gotten my butt in gear yet. I should really do that. I've just been so lethargic.

Due to a burst pipe, the weather, DD and me being sick, etc today is the first full day of work I have had in 2018. I'm exhausted! 2 more hours to go.

I've been lethargic too, but I don't feel worse or more tired if I go for a walk. I just can't sit down first, or it's never happening.

I feel like all I do right now is eat! I feel great as long as there is food in my stomach. If I go more than 2-3 hours without eating something, the nausea sets in. Meeting some friends for dinner later tonight but I had to make sure I had some pre-dinner dinner since we're not meeting until 7:00. I love food, but man, I feel like it takes some effort to plan ahead to make sure I always have food with me.

I worked out yesterday for the first time in almost three weeks lol. I was doing 30 minutes on the elliptical 5x a week before I got pregnant. I'm going to try to do it 2-4 x/week.

I’ve slowly got back to working out, though I have to stop and take a lot more breaks because of nausea. I’ve been eating nothing but crap so I’m trying to balance it out a bit.

And shockingly I have not yet gained any weight. Even without workouts. I guess my body has just been using up the extra calories. Of course I'm betting I'll be up at least 5lbs when I go back at 13 weeks.

I blame it on doubling my blood volume.....sounds legit right

For those of you whose OBs send your lab results to a patient portal- do they call you to follow up? Mine has never called me, except when something was wrong (abnormal pap). They sent the results of my Down's and Tri 18 test to my portal, results were normal, but they called me and asked me to call them back asap. Office closed early yesterday so I won't be able to call til next week. Slightly freaking out because they never call when results were fine, so I'm wondering if there was another test result they haven't sent yet? Trying not to freak out buuuuut it's my nature.

If they said online they were normal, I wouldn't worry. They may be trained to call as if you haven't been checking and would want to know, hence the asap. My PCP's nurse always calls after labs even when they're normal. Like, I know, I saw them...

@kaegirl the only time that has happened to me they were calling to tell me I was anemic which seriously was not an emergency and they should say that on the voicemail.

My grandfather is breathing on his own and generally improved! I'm so happy I'm crying. He has a long road ahead but we have hope that he will recover.

I went to Zumba for the first time since I found out I was pregnant. It kicked my booty. I sat down three times. Which really stinks because I was one of the leaders of the class. Meh. -stuffs face with chips-

35 minutes on the elliptical done 🙌 I'm about to undo it with Whataburger for dinner though.

This same thing happened to me early on. Turns out they just wanted to have me come back for repeat bloodwork. Hopefully it's just that they wanted to tell you everything is fine and when to come back.

I have worked out once since like 5 weeks. Partially because I won't drive in the snow, but mostly because I barely get off the couch.
BUT I spent half the day yesterday and half the day today cleaning and taking the tree down. Hopefully this energy stick around.
