Hello lovely Mamas (and Dadas if there are any around).
I am currently pregnant with #3 and when he is born I'll be staying at home full time. I currently work full time in a professional setting and my 2 kiddos have been in a full time daycare center since they were 3 months old. My oldest is 4, but misses kindergarten cut off by 12 days so I'll have a year and half of all 3 kiddos at home. But my 4 year old FINALLY decided to start pooping on the potty last week...THANK YOU....I was kind of freaking that I was going to be SAH with 3 kids all under school age and nobody was potty trained. So, I'll be jumping in the deep end right off the bat, hope I can swim.
I am super type A and the one thing I didn't expect about working was loving the routine and schedule. I hope I can get into a routine and schedule once at home, but I'm sure it's easier said than done. We've also never really had to budget and meal plan, so these are areas I'd love tips on.
Anyway, howdy and I'll be lurking around the next few months before I'm officially SAH.

sweetc129 hi there! I hope you enjoy being a SAHM. It’s exhausting but nice too. As for meal planning tips, I tend to sit down the day before pay day and write out a meal plan for the next 7 days. Once I have my plan, I write out what ingredients I’ll need. I use Wal-Mart pick up, so I place my order the evening before I want to go pick it up (usually for 10-11am the next day) and then I’ll go pick it up. This helps me stick to a budget better as it’s easy to see the total and make tweaks to my plan, and it saves me from having to actually go shop with a 4 year old and 2 1/2 year old in tow.
