So as you all know, it's been a long month. I got the same nurse as last week, and she came in to check me and before hand i asked her to please not send me home. She checked me and there was no real progress, but she felt bad and must have put in a good word with the midwife, because she asked me what i wanted and offered to just induce me. So I'm all plugged in with pit and antibiotics and trying to rest a little now while i can.

Waiting for the epidural. I made it 5 hours on pitocin before i decided i needed it to get any sleep. they should be here with my drugs soon My chart looks so pretty with all these perfect bell curves of contractions. I'm also proud of myself for not waking DH up reacting to them yet. But he has to get up soon to sit with me through the epidural. So there. |

Just got my epidural, I'm now at a 5 and she can feel my waters. Making great progress so far! Also I've had 2 doses of antibiotics, so he is free to come whenever now 😀

Just got my epidural, I'm now at a 5 and she can feel my waters. Making great progress so far! Also I've had 2 doses of antibiotics, so he is free to come whenever now 😀 i was on iv antibiotics the entire labor 😳 I'm glad you get spared that! |

No name yet, but when i woke up 2 hours after my epidural i was a 10. 7.5 pounds 20 inches born at 8:22 am  |
