Hello, I'm looking for a smaller bag to carry this summer when I'm on vacation or out without my kids. Almost all of my clothes are some combo of blue and white and fairly preppy. I think I'd like either a white bag, or a cute contrasting color. I definitely do not want a blue bag. Would like to keep it under $100. Have you seen anything great, or know good places to look?

My instinct is to just go with a tan/beige bag. Goes with everything and looks especially nice in the summer. I wouldnt trust myself with white, even without kids, I'm too messy and cant have nice things. How small are we talking? What styles do you like (crossbody, hobo, clutch, etc...)? Fossil has some really nice, pretty bags for under $100 (sort by price) I've also seen Target stepping up their game in terms of trendiness.

Alittle over $100 but I got the Dooney and Bourke bumblebee re-release from Macy's. It's white with all different colors and black trim. It's not for everyone but I love a fun pattern and my 2 year old is obsessed with it.

I don't have a link but Nordstrom has a Street Level tote that I always recommend. Good price, reversible, and lots of color options.

Convertible would be great. I'll check out fossil. Thanks!

This might be perfect for vacation. Big bag to take to the pool and a small wrist let to carry to lunch or dinner.

That's very similar to what I'm currently carrying. I do like the color a lot.

I second Fossil. My cognac crossbody is my fave - it goes with almost everything I wear.

Not a particular bag rec, but I highly recommend therealreal.com. I got an amazing designer handbag that was originally $1000 for $88 with the initial discount and it is a beautiful bag. It is basically new. I am so in love with the site I wish I had all the monies to buy all the luxuries. you might have to be a member of the site to view that link. Crossbody Bag Page
