I lovvvve the SNOO, the Doona and the BabyBjorn Bouncer. By far, my best purchases. I would pay more for any of them because they have been lifesavers.
The Dockatot really didn't take off for us. It basically is a place to put the baby down but we don't get great sleep from it nor is he particularly calm there. He likes to be propped up a bit so we usually defer to the self-rocking RNP.

DD2 hates being swaddled and she been doing ok with her arms out at night, but with DD1 we used the swaddle pods and swaddle me's with good success.
DD1 slept in the RNP overnight on many occasions!
DD2 is a pretty chill baby so far. We have mainly been using A&A Swaddle blankets, and her FP bunny bouncer seat. She sleeps in the napper of the PNP at night and usually in the bouncer or on my chest for naps/day sleep.
I need to refresh my memory about wearing baby in my Solly wrap- I loved it with DD1 but can't seem to get it snug enough for the baby.

I really like the lansinoh lanolin. I also use their disposable pads in the early days because I would leak right through reusable pads.
We don't have a RNP, but we do use the snugabunny swing. We haven't used the actual swinging with DS2 just yet, but it's nice to put him in for a nap. I like this one because it has a plug or batteries.

Taitai I have been considering a dock a cot....are you using yours in your bed or in baby's crib or both? Are you using it now or is it the next step after bassinet? We've got a Halo bassinet from DD that we plan on using but once we outgrow that, I'm wondering what to do bc we did not have good luck transitioning to a crib with DD and she spent the next almost 2 years in our bed. Interesting fact - the instructions only came out about not using it in the crib for sales to the USA. Probably to pass regulations there. It was invented in Sweden, and people used to use it in the crib/bassinet setting without issue. For us, we use it in the bed between DH and I for nighttime. For naps, we put it in the crib and have the video monitor on it. Or, we have LO in the R&P. I don't see what the difference is of having the DAT placed in a bed or a crib if you are going to be supervising it closely for naps - ykwim? So that's what we do - we travel a ton and this will be perfect for hotel rooms too. Will just place it in the middle of the bed.

I love my Owlet. For those with high anxiety it is a lifesaver and it works really well. Minimal false alarms. It monitors her blood oxygen levels and heart rate. I just looked up the owlet. I like that it's portable. 😄 We use the angel care movement monitor for big bro and now lil fella and it lets me sleep at night with peace when they are in the crib. We did have the alarm go off a few times with big bro in the first 6 months and it scared the crap out of us. I would also thumbs up 👍 the movement monitors if you're the anxious type and it goes on to serve as a sound monitor later.

The minute I started getting long stretches of sleep the first month, I was sold.

The Doona is the coolest ever! Thanks for the recommendation. I wonder if I can get it out here...we'll be in Singapore in Dec, so maybe I can get it there. It would be perfect for us - thanks again!

Pretty pathetic 😅

The doona is cool! We had to get a new infant car seat from the accident and had I known about this a couple wks ago I would've likely gotten it. You guys know how much I hate uni taskers and this is totally a multi tasker.

These. Vitamin D drops
The dose is a single drop, not almost a full ml like other brands. I put a drop on my nipple before nursing, you could put it in a bottle, or add to a spoonful of food once baby is older. A single bottle is a years supply.

I have SNOO envy 😀 Omg, the first week we used it and I was completely sleep deprived up until that point and postpartum, I said to MH, "I need to start a charity that gives every new parent a SNOO." It's completely ridiculous but I still mean it. It's a total game changer.

Sequel isn’t here yet, but I loved our Snuza and it’s in the hospital bag this time. It’s like the Owlet, but clips to the front of their diaper. Definitely helps with my anxiety so I can get some sleep.
Also I’m excited to have a wrap carrier from the beginning. I got the Baby K’Tan too late when DD was born and am excited to have one from the beginning this time.

Oh yes, +1 to the k'tan. It took me too long to discover baby wearing with DD and the k'tan is so nice to wear baby while I chase the toddler around. It also puts the baby to sleep every time.

I also have a Ktan but I'm afraid lol. Maybe today is a good test day (especially since our RnP experiment has yielded about 5 hours of sleep - wtf).

As I finished packaging up the milk I've pumped thus far... I found the target brand bags to be just as good as the lansinoh ones, and the price was much better. I didn't try other bags.

For the breastfeeding moms, I love my Kindred Bravely bras. The ads started popping up all over my Facebook so I decided to try them one day. I have a their t shirt bra which is almost too small now that I'm BFing (bought it a few months ago) but their French terry sleep bra has saved my life. It's the lightest, most comfortable bra that offers just enough support to sleep in for the nursing momma.

This 100%! I despise Medela brand bags. Somewhat related, I just bought 2 nursing tanks from Amazon. $23.99 for a 2 pack. Love them so far because they are really really long! I always end up with super short ones.

Bumping this, any new suggestions???
I’m thinking of getting the Love to Dream Swaddle and the Kindred Bravely bras since I have discovered I basically have 1 nursing bra that I like.

Oh, I've been meaning to drop a recommendation in here - not so much for baby, but for new moms.
I highly recommend the Fridababy peri bottle. I got mine in a gift pack with some nail clippers, the Windi (gas relief) and the nose sucker. I haven't really used the others yet, but the peri bottle is wonderful. I prefer it much more than the one from the hospital (but yay free stuff from the hospital!)
Edit* and yes, I do realize this is a little late as we are all post partum now. Better late than never!
