I'm probably the only one getting Charlie Horses in my knee, right? Because, hey, why not cramp up the most random parts of the body. I mentioned in randoms the other day... totally getting Charlie horses in my asscheek. Also weird. Pregnancy is strange.

cooperation Oh man, I'm sorry you've been dealing with sinus issues this whole time! Saline spray is a great idea, I'll give that a try. If I were feeling super adventurous and desperate, I could try the Neti bottle rinse, too. I hope your congestion clears up quickly once baby is here!

So much pressure in my vagina it is so painful to sit. And I seriously pee myself a little daily. I'm so grateful for panty liners and pads.

I had the diarrhea issue in the first trimester and it's been back the past week and a half. I figured it's one of the lovely first tri sypmtoms coming back at the end.

Contractions 45 min apart mean nothing, right? Right. I'm going to bed. How are you doing today? A couple of strong contractions this morning but nothing with any regularity. I slept like the dead (thanks, unisom). It definitely got me thinking last night, though! They were 45 minutes apart on the nose all throughout the late afternoon and evening.

cornpop , how about you? When is your appointment today? I really can't tell between BH and actual contractions at this point. I think most of what I'm feeling is BH but they get really uncomfortable at some point. My appointment isn't until 2.

So I am in pain. What I *think* happened is Sunday I was walking around and kid kicked me really hard in the ribs while I was having a BH. It really hurt enough that I stopped and stood there a bit to make sure I was ok. Which I thought I was but the bruise has gotten worse every day this week till tonight every time I move or walk I'm in pain. Just the lower right side of my ribcage. I'm gonna call midwife in morn to see if I can take something besides Tylenol, but is there anything else it could be??

I’ve done it before coughing and it SUCKS. Do you have a chiro? They can fix that in a second though you’ll probably still be sore.

Ugh. It was on my arms/chest (where I had started washing up with my body wash) but I switched it out last night for a new one. Maybe I’m allergic to everything. I’ll just call and see what they say.

it could take awhile for rash to go away if it is from body wash too. have you been using it for a little while? even with the antibiotics i got for strep it took a few days for it to stop itching completely and i even still have red spots on my legs where it was the worst. call if you’re worried. my ob told me to take zyrtec during the day and benedryl at night and to use hydrocortisone topically(before i knew it was strep) - she really wanted nothing to do with it though because rashes are such a guessing game. i hope you get relief soon!

Well I called the midwife and she wants me to come in to the office today. 😕 I feel dumb but I guess whatever. And no I don't have a chiropractor so I'll have to get some recommendations.

LOL I just had to go in after calling about my itchiness. I legit thought it would be NBD but I guess better safe than sorry. Definitely ask about the chiro!

My nurses ask me if I have upper right quadrant pain all the time, so it's probably something they're actually looking for. I hope it ends up being nothing and you get some meds to help relieve the pain!

Chiropractor recommended so just need to makes an appt.
