How are your contractions? I'll be getting the epi soon myself but they've already told me I'll have to get checked again before I get it. They've slowed down since the epi...bah. I was finally checked at some point and was 4cm. They just came in to see if they could break my water and baby is still too high. Said they would check again in a few hours. Hope you're doing okay! I was a 3-4 when I got my epi (just now). I'm worried it will slow things down buuuuut I need the drugs, so. She's supposed to break my water if everything is favorable at the next check. FX everything moves along quickly for both of us!! |

Heyy, my water just broke on its own! This is...interesting. It was a huge gush, gross. Waiting on a nurse now!

Just a quick update: baby girl is here! Born at 12:06pm. Waited what felt like forever for the doc to get there, it was the worst and most painful hour...but the pushing went so quick, it was like 15min! We were in recovery for a while, she's now in the nursery and I'm going to try to rest. Picture to come when I have one, it's been a blur!
