He has somewhere in the range of 650 cameras, plus magic lanterns, viewfinders, lightmeters, old film cannisters, etc. Like it's a crazy amount of things.

I try to get a Christmas ornament when we travel. It's fun to think about the places we've visited when we decorate the tree. I do this too. It’s so fun to decorate the tree. I don’t collect anything else.

AHHHHHHHHHH! I have the same ET glass. Found it years ago when cleaning out my father's house! It's my favorite drinking glass. As for what I collect: vintage pyrex, Christmas ornaments from places I've visited, and natural things shaped like hearts (rocks, etc)

I used to collect Christmas ornaments until when i was very pregnant my now STBXH had too many drinks and knocked the tree over shattering all the ornaments, I ugly sobbed about it for days. I need to start a new tradition with DS though.

MH started collecting patches from National Parks six or seven years ago and they were just piling up in a bag, so for his anniversary gift a couple of years ago, I bought this corkboard cut-out of the U.S. from Etsy (which my cat scratched up a bit when I turned my back for TWO MINUTES &$*%*#) and DIYed it to a canvas frame so that they could be displayed (I do not claim to be an artist, so please don't judge me, lol). We also are baseball fans, so we are collecting pins from each of the stadiums we visit (goal of seeing a game at all stadiums). We are currently doing work in the basement, but when it's done, this will go back up on the wall.

I used to collect Disney snow globes. They are boxed now for if DS ever wants them. I have this one that is my favorite, bought it at DW.

Books. I read a lot and get most of my new books from the library but then I’ll buy my own copy of anything I think I might want to read again in a few years (which is a lot, lol).
I also collect ornaments and magnets from places we’ve traveled to.

Ornaments and magnets when we go away. We also collect beach glass from our walks on the beach. I have vases full of beach glass.

We used to collect shot glasses from places we went. They're all collecting dust now.

Sewing machines. I have an industrial machine, my every day machines, my great grandma's machine that great grandpa bought her brand new, an older one my mom had but nobody can remember where it came from, a really old (1920s) one I bought on fb, and then my serger which is basically a sewing machine. There are others I have found and wanted but they are $$$$ so I haven't bought any of them yet. My industrial one has a desk it slides into and 2 of the older ones (g grandma and the one my mom gave me) have cabinets. My every day and the serger sit on my sewing table and then the 1920s on has a case. I want to restore the 1920s one and I need to go through the one my mom gave me because it feels really tight and I want to make sure it's all in working order before I try anything on it.

I collect glass insulators because my mom always has and there is a family name connection. This is not my whole collection but what I could gather quickly for a photo just for @clay

Interesting, easier! I didn’t know what they were and after googling I still don’t know if I know what they were lol. Is it the talking into part of old phones? I’d imagine glass ones are hard to collect! Haha, I should have explained. They are electric power line insulators. So they sit on top of power poles to prevent sparks and arcs along the lines.

Does collecting dust count? I collect magnets from different places. I also have a collection of my grandmas pins from different genres.
