chrisy01 I don’t think staying on a liquid diet for more than a cleanse type period of two weeks is healthy. It’s not sustainable and when you go back to eating regular again your body will absorb more calories than it did previously because your metabolism will be a mess. Dh has been successful limiting carbs. Here is an example of his day: Breakfast: coffee with cream and fiber one protein bar He basically has two lunches of Turkey slices, cheese slices, pepperoni and an orange Late afternoon he has a fiber one brownie Dinner shredded Buffalo chicken with some blue cheese, salad, sometimes a half cup of rice After dinner snack -2 baby bel cheeses and mini pepperoni So not a lot of carbs but fulfilling for him. Once a week we get takeout and he gets what he would have before say chicken fingers and fries but makes it two meals.

Hi all - not much new here, had a zoom battleship game with my nephew today and j was trying to cheat and I cannot handle it. He's such a sore loser and not sure what to do about it - I made him trace his brackets in pen bc he tried to switch some early losses😑. I took N for a playdate with her favorite teacher earlier, and it was such a lovely day. We also did some bounce house and k loves it, but requires me basically being in it too. Anyone have cleats recs for baseball? Need to place a major order at Dicks tonight. C just got Nike Trout cleats yesterday. They were more comfortable for him than the under armor ones he tried. Nike runs small though so he needed a 3.5 instead of a 3. M got these too, but he hasn’t even worn them yet. We’ve only had 1 practice so far due to rain and he didn’t wear them for it, so I don’t know if they are comfortable or not. He didn’t complain when he tried them on at the store. I think they are high top.

We are pulling our house from MLS.
We got good feedback, our house looks great, although some people didn't like that our master is off the kitchen. But they liked that the updates were all done and all mechanical was newer.
But 2 people wanted a ranch, 1 didn't want to be out as far as we are from the city and the other couldn't get a lender to lock a rate out as far as we need.
We will relist in July probably. I would like to not have to vacuum for a month.

Thanks for the kudos ladies and the food advice. I’m on a liquid/soft foods diet for at least another week or until the permanent bridge is put in. I have found ways to get my nutrition in. But I am enjoying pudding for breakfast every morning
