Some of us (me) need to get our butts into gear and get some things for this upcoming baby. What is everyone getting? Using from the last time around?

Stroller and car seat: I think I am going big and springing for the Uppa Baby Vista this time around, with bassinet attachment (I never had one before, but I want something that flat and safe for sleep just in case). My sister is giving us a Chicco infant car seat with 2 bases, which is fantastic. I think I can get an adapter if I want to use the car seat with the stroller. We had a Britax B Agile stroller before that connected as a travel system to our Britax infant seat, but that stroller and seat combo is obsolete (I LOVED it, though, so easy). I ended up giving the B Agile away to someone who needed it. I have a BOB as well, but it's old (at least 2012 or before, I bought it used and it is beat up but works). I am hoping there is an adapter for that for this newer Chicco seat- it's not brand new, but the person who bought it barely used it, and it won't expire before my likely hefty baby outgrows it, if history repeats itself. Things we have: crib (may need a new mattress- I never replaced with DD2, am I supposed to do this?) with changing table attached, old Fisher price bouncer, Boppy lounger, Graco pack and play with changer attachment, Boppy nursing pillow, two pumps (I think I get another through insurance, so I may just be rich with pumps) Things I have on my list to get: New bassinet: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0812B5YLB?colid=1C4GP9T5457UU&coliid=I4YOBLN4D6CRY&ref=br_ADD_TO_CART_title_linkI had contemplated a Snoo, but honestly, my babies have always hated the bassinet, and I couldn't put down the money for that knowing we will likely switch baby to their own room around 7-8 weeks I keep seeing things about this magical Bjorn bouncer, but I am not sure I can justify it This dome for around the house, that's safe for sleep: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K7VHHBG?colid=1C4GP9T5457UU&coliid=I1CJGBBPTD7K6&ref=br_ADD_TO_CART_title_linkI should probably get new bottles, since 7 year old plastic bottles may not be great? I do at least have one of the Boon bottle drying racks. We also need H to get a new car that can fit an infant seat, a convertible seat, and a high back booster. LOL. That's a bigger endeavor.

We have the crib, mamaroo, 4moms playpen, dresser/changing mat to put on top. That’s all we have left from DD (we got rid of a bunch of stuff because after almost 5 years of trying figured it wouldn’t happen - I was planning on getting rid of almost everything else this summer.)
I need a car seat/stroller combo. We live on dirt mountain roads so need something with rubber wheels/good suspension (is that a thing??).
I am looking at renting a Snoo. I figure if babe doesn’t like it we are only out a little bit of money.
I honestly feel like we were way more prepared by this point last time. We can’t get his room ready until we move DD into her new room downstairs and first we need to empty, clean, paint etc it first.

Are you all creating any registries for the completion discount later on?

Are you all creating any registries for the completion discount later on? Yes! Totally worth it. My registry is completely private- the only reason I made one was for the completion discount, lol.

mrspants, good suspension is definitely a thing. I think a jogging stroller may be the right thing for you. My BOB has great suspension, and that hasn't changed even with it being a few years old.

thatgolfb we bought a double bob when we started ttc years and years ago. After knowing I wouldn’t need it for 2 kids I sold it but loved it the couple times I used it when watching friends kids. I will look at bob strollers again. And start making a private registry

Considering it’s been 13 years for me I’m starting all the way over. The only thing I have left is my stroller since my grandma gave that to me before she passed away. It’s been well loved over its 13 year life span though between DS and my nieces and nephews. It’s really showing it’s age now though.
We truly have nothing this time around. I kept one small tote of DSs things from babyhood (but it’s mostly like a christening outfit, a couple special onesies someone made for him, etc). My cousins have been really generous and sent over some clothes and I now have a high chair. My SIL is gathering clothes and things too.
I did create a registry for the completion discount. I’ve been making small purchases as I go to help avoid a huge expense at the end.
I’ll take any suggestions as products have come a long way in 13 years lol.

We have pretty much everything since my 3rd is only 16 months.
We have:
Bassinet Crib Baby bathtub Diaper pail (have 2) Pumps (have a medela PIS, Spectra 2 and Freemie - may get a new Spectra 2 since mine is almost 4 years old and was my favorite by far) Tons of strollers (single and double Bob, Uppa Baby Vista, snap and go, etc) 2 diaper bag pack packs Tons of bottles Just bought a new infant car seat off marketplace because our last one just expired
Things we need: Going to borrow a sit me up. I sold ours last year since we weren’t planning for another New playmat (sold both of ours) Possibly some clothes
I gave away or sold most of our baby clothes. My friend said she had some to give me so I need to see what all I have left before I buy anything. Our house is exploding with girls clothes (baby to size 5) so I’m hesitant to buy anything unless I can’t find any 0-3 month sizes around here. My last girl was 10lbs 2oz so I’m assuming I won’t need any newborn clothes this time either.
Not sure what I’m forgetting except for diapers.
