Regarding the “BUT THE CONSTITUTION” arguments, can someone give me a good example of when a living constitution benefited the right? Or want to hit me with some arguments for the living constitution?

I mean, the 2nd Amendment, which they are so fond of, wasn't in the original document. The Bill of Rights was added in 1791.
