What kind of tennis shoes are you guys wearing with dresses? I love it on other people, but I feel like I can’t pull it off myself.

Lots of good ideas in this thread. howeverithappened.proboards.com/thread/34909/show-me-athleisure-shoesI bought the P448. Loved the look but unfortunately they were not comfortable to me so I returned them and am still on the hunt for a sneaker. The Golden Goose are so cute and I love the hidden wedge but this will be the 3rd summer I feel that I have seen them everywhere so I want something more current. And I don't want to pay $300++

Ann, you beautiful tropical fish, I want more for you. They’re not the worst but we can do better. I don’t like the sole.

I am up a size this year so bought some new things from ON. I usually hate buying from there but I also can't afford to spend a ton on new clothes right now. This dress + cardigan, I'll wear with white sneakers or with my white EVA birks. I want that cardigan!

No ma’am I’m sure they’re trendy with the middle part crowd. And probably equally unflattering on most.

I just need to figure out how to weather hotter months without looking like a shlub while also being true to my jeans and a tee authentic self. MY figure is so much more flattered by sweaters and the like. But I'm tired of spending half the year coasting on three tanks that I buy at Target and a pair of ill fitting boy friend jeans, impatiently waiting my preferred seasons.

AnnPerkins, go with some Berks. They're the same idea but a bit more stylish (in their way)

I live in tank/tshirt dresses in the summer. Can be worn with wedges, tennis shoes, everything

I have to wear shorts/leggings under bc of thigh rub (no matter what I do, my thighs are legion). But I am going to have a lot of dog walking this spring/summer and spending my days in old running shorts/tanks isn't it for me. I don't like the way I feel. I suffer the curse of the curvy hourglass. It sounds exciting until you realize comfortable clothing kind of hugs and draps in ways that just make you look...shlubby. Naked, it's all breathtaking, of course.

I just want to look effortlessly perfect in rolled boyfriends jeans and a somehow spotless and not see thru white tee, that doesn't show nip outline.
Why is that too much to ask?!

The Old Navy swing dresses are great to wear with bike shorts or cropped leggings and cute sneakers for a relaxed look when walking the dog. I know jorts are controversial, but I also like jean shorts with tie dye or floral print tanks and birks in the summer.

I just bought these jeans and the crop top in neon yellow. Which is weird because I’ve never bought a crop top or anything in neon yellow before. But for ten bucks, I can be adventurous!

I have all three of these too. I really like them, but did have to size up. I also got the spanx drape front jacket for Christmas which I really like, but it’s definitely not a Spring clothing item though

They are great and surprisingly breezy ETA - while I’m loath to recommend Amazon, these are what I have and love www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B07G762KRV?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_image

I had one I think it was a men's heavyweight packaged stafford tshirt from jcpenney that I grabbed at on the clearance rack from when people open up the packages and they don't repack them they just hang them on hangers and sell them for cheaper I remember the brand cause those are my guys favorite plain white tshirts. the heavyweight ones

They work great on these f cups. But I can't find them anywhere.
