That looks really good! It’s so weird to me how we’ve pretty much lost a year and now my kids are probably both old enough to go see these with us now.
It looks awesome. I'm glad Marvel is doing Shang-Chi, especially after their whitewashing in Dr. Strange (I'm looking at you, Ancient One). H is especially excited, because he was annoyed by the fake Mandarin nonsense in Iron Man 3. The 10 rings is one of his favorite villain story lines.

Can't wait to see it.
Yes, exactly! Btw, iron man are my least favorite marvel movies. I’m so happy to see Asian characters on screen that aren’t there just to be the butt of a joke. I looked but I didn’t see how it was going to be released. I assume Disney plus?

Maybe they will do the concurrent theater and Disney+ release.
I have to say, I'm really interested in how they do the Mandarin in this. I read an article about how Shang-Chi's dad in the MCU is an entirely new MCU creation, since his actual father in the comic books (Fu Manchu, really?) is an offensive stereotype. And the 10 rings thing seems to be different too. Arm rings as opposed to ones on your fingers.
I’m bumping this because I finally got to watch this on Disney. I resl enjoyed it a lot! I love Awkwafina and was happy she provided the comedic relief. And Ben Kingsley too lol.
So the post credits scenes…are we assuming that Xialing is resuming the ten rings for bad instead of good? It was kind of unclear.
Also I enjoyed the brief appearances of captain Marvel and Bruce. I will be interested to see where this goes.
I thought it was interesting that the big lion things in Tao Lo were able to bite the heads off the devil minion things and they didn’t regenerate. Just a small observation haha.

I definitely think she's doing it for bad. Her moral compass is not as developed as her brother's. She ran a fight club and betting ring. The only issue is what it will be like compared to her father's reign. Will she still run assassinations?
