I did a pre-recorded boot camp this evening. Which seems like a big deal since today was a work/school at home day and I didn't want to.

yes! its def a great and small addition. Ours is probably 7 years old so i dont know what brand it is - but it works and it was likely low-mid level price range because I'm cheap.
I was just thinking about seeing if there is a better one out there...I can't really climb/stand up and pedal on it without feeling a little wobbly. But that may just be what it is. Either way I sweat big time. Throw a show on and time flies.
Ask on General or in the Modivation. I know I started a bike thread last March and a couple stands were suggested. We just dont have a good bike, so I opted for the Schwinn IC4. I definately reccomend it as a good solid bike that allows for seat and handlebars adjustments.

Didnt want to, but I got on the bike for 20 minutes. Pushed the last 3, then really pushed the last 2.
I need to remind myself to do intervals more often when I ride.

The peleton app is free for two months right now. Or you can find some on you tube. Sometimes what they are saying doesn’t make sense (telling you to look at outputs on the peleton) but they have good music and someone telling you when to go harder or slow down.

Liked doing it, but not enough to justify the cost. If my H was into it, I would justify it. But he used it once over 5 months. The one thing that was a turn off was that the music wasnt always kid friendly and I dont have a good set of wireless earbuds that stay in (me and my small ears).

I walked 1.3 miles and did 10 flights of stairs for lunch. Lo and behold, I got home from work last night and mh wanted to do a workout video together. This has literally never ever happened. So we did a 20 minute full body low impact HIIT video on YouTube. I am sore today. But I am really embarrassed about how hard the video was for me. My wrists and ankles just couldn’t hold my body up. And it was really emotionally hard to take.

I rowed for 10 minutes again today while the girls played nicely together upstairs. Double win!
I'm totally very sore. I need to figure out stretching so I can avoid a tweaked back and tension headaches

Just broke my record since we got the rower in November...4 days in a row! I weighed myself for the first time since we moved into this house and I’ve gained 6 pounds in 3 months. While that’s not an enormous amount, one pair of jeans are now too tight so time to get serious.

I walked for 30 minutes and did 10 flights of stairs after work. Followed that up with 2 one minute planks plus one minute each side plank. My legs and butt are so sore from yesterday, I’m hoping the walking helps.

I didn't start my walk early enough this morning so I only got in 1 walk at home mile and stretches vs 2 miles. I have been keeping my resolution to drink more water instead of sugary coffee drinks so that's a win.

Another light row workout this morning. With gloves on in the garage, LOL. Cold mornings are hard for me. I just want to stay warm
I watched a few videos on proper form, so today I tried to really focus on getting the form right.

Great work rugger. Proper form while rowing is really important. Don’t want to hurt your back or shoulders.

Just did a yoga class. Y’all. It felt so good. I mean, I sucked. I’m really far from where I used to be. But I had no pain. I was able to lift my arms over my head. The only thing I modified was chataranga on my knees. I’m feeling very hopeful for my future. Would like to get some cardio in today but will be patient with myself if I can’t. I have been making sure to get up from my computer every hour when my Fitbit tells my I haven’t gotten off my ass.
