Putting this here so more people will see it. I was a complete couch potato last pregnancy, but in between pregnancies I did the None 2 Run program and was running 3-6 miles regularly up until my chemical in August. I've been finally getting out again a few times, just very slow 2.5/3 mile jogs. I don't feel at all like I'm pushing myself hard.
After coming back my belly feels kinda tight, maybe like Braxton Hicks?? Not intense, i figure i know i don't have great core strength so maybe my abs are just trying to hold everything in from being out running. Is a tight feeling normal after working out?
Anyway I'll talk to my midwife, but figured I'd also ask some pregnant ladies. 😊
