My skin is extremely dry with occasional exczema flair ups. I need a good lotion that lasts a long time and preferably doesn't have a strong smell

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair cream is bomb You can also find E-Oil gel capsules in the supplement aisle and if you break it open and rub it on your skin I've heard that helps.

Seconding the First Aid Beauty brand! I can't even tell you how many moisturizers I've tried ($-$$$$) and I keep coming back to this!

I get really terrible dry flaky skin on weird places. And hate lotion. I bought this for DS but use it after my showers and it keeps them moisturized all day.

I love Eucerin. It really helps my itchy legs and it's unscented.

I really like Amlactin. I get it off Amazon through subscribe and save. It also clears up keratosis pilaris (those little red bumps some people get on the top part of their arms and/or legs).

My favorite is called vanicream, but it may only be available local to me. Worth a Google though. I like the tub with the pump.

It looks like there are different formulations (on Amazon at least)...do you have a specific one that works for keratosis pilaris or do all of them work? I've yet to find anything that helps my bumps...I would be forever grateful if this works!

I use cetaphil in the jar, but recently vanicream (with the pump) was recommended to me and I really like that. It applies a little smoother. I have really dry skin and have to lotion year round. Eczema prone, psoriasis prone, and KP prone. Both are basically unscented.

chad , for the bumps, the best product I've found is this KP duty scrub. I've tried the lotion but I am eh about it. The scrub is chemical and mechanical so works on the skin two ways. You probably shouldn't use it while breastfeeding or pregnant. The tub lasts a long time. My skin is too sensitive to rub on dry skin as recommended so I apply to wet and it is fine, but it really works.

My dermatologist recommended Amlactin for dry skin and bumps. It is awesome. Just make sure you use some sunscreen because it makes your skin more sensitive to the sun. I use use the regular white and green bottle. The white and purple is a little thicker and works well too.

VaniCream! We get it at Target or Sam's Club or Amazon. It is awesome. Helps keep my husband's hand eczema at bay, too.

My derm recommended Cetaphil in the tub. It's amazing - thick and moisturizing.

Another vote for Eucerin. I use the really greasy one. It's the only thing that keeps my skin from falling off during the winter.

Eucerin calming. Target makes a generic version that works great after a shower.

Cerave in the blue tub. It's worked wonders on my son's eczema prone skin. I don't have eczema, but I find it to be really nice and moisturizing.

L'Occitane. Its a little pricey but I used to work there and people swore by it for every ailment imaginable. I loved it just for moisturizing. Plus it lasts forever. I used to throw out product before I used up the entire thing.
