I had a pretty productive weekend. I did alot of little things (switching seasonal clothes, cleaning the hardwood floors, etc) so it's nothing that anyone else would notice, but made me feel good.
My stomach is in knots this morning. I should hear something today from work about whether I will in person learning or if I will stay remote until January.

I've also been in the purging/cleaning/organizing mode recently. I'm sure no one else can tell the work I've put in, but it makes me feel better to have donation piles and the remaining items more organized. Now I just need to find the time to drop off donations. The places I support are only open during the weekdays so I have to take time away from work to drop off. Fist priority though is getting a flu shot. I've already pre-registered so it should be quick and easy to do a drive thru flu shot clinic.

I worked all day Saturday, but it was a lot of fun. It actually felt kind of normal and it was so good to have the entire team together. Sunday was just normal errands and laundry.
J is having some health stuff. He has a test today that is not going to be pleasant and he has to see neurology on 11/23. I’m worried, but trying to stay calm.
Z is good. His teacher already has him recognizing letters and sounds.
My PCP added in another med for mood. I’m already feeling better and I haven’t even reached the maintenance dose. I hope it continues.

klw How's the remote teaching? What's your preference? It is going very well for our group! We have a full group and then each child gets an individual or small group session every day. (Sometimes, both). It has been fun coming up with lessons that are challenging, yet can be used to meet IEP goals. I chose remote, but I doubt I will get picked for it. But we had a meeting on Friday to discussions guidelines , changes, etc for our reopening. There is so much cleaning, handwashing and sanitizing that we will need to do throughout the day. There will be very little time for teaching. I feel like I will be a babysitter/cleaner. I am already feeling the stress of possible guilty feelings if a child in our classroom gets covid or if I bring it home to my kids.

PennyCandy, I am glad that you're feeling better with new medicine. I hope J's test goes ok today. Isn't it amazing how much our LOs change in a few months. We haven't done a whole lot with letters, but Haley is doing pretty well with colors, shapes and numbers.
