I’m just ready to see the RE. I hope they can book me back quickly. I trust my OB for standard things, but let’s be honest they are not fertility specialists.

I’m really sorry onyx. If you got multiple positive tests, I wouldn’t think it would be a false positive. Are you ramping up your progesterone after ovulation? Because you won’t start bleeding typically until you stop. So I’m surprised at the amenorrhea comment by your doc. no I take it consistently. It’s low dose so she says it shouldn’t affect my period at all. Which is the difference we were trying to figure out prior. You take 200mg right? I take 25mg throughout the month. I saw your HCG. I’m sorry. Obviously a doctor probably knows better than me, but I’m just surprised if you are having low progesterone that they aren’t having you crank up the dose after ovulation in addition to the daily low dose. I really hope an RE can provide a solution for you.

Even the PA said REs know how to modify progesterone better so maybe this is the end of the tunnel.

And now it’s CD1. At least I didn’t have a long limbo period this time.

damn it onyx. my RE considers anything under 5 to be zero. so honestly if you got labs right now i'm sure you'd be able to get your referal in there. i hope it's a quick waiting period for you. <3

And now it’s CD1. At least I didn’t have a long limbo period this time. I am not your doctor. But I had multiple losses like this. Or similar, I made it to about 5 weeks 2 days ish. Positive test, but looking back not as dark of a line as it should be from the get go, got lighter over time, etc, then bleeding and a loss.
I was diagnosed with polyps and endometritis (NOT endometriosis). The polyps and the endometritis (basically an infection in the lining of the uterine wall) were preventing the embryo from implanting. My body was working against me. So what we thought (with my OB) were chemicals, were pregnancies that just were not implanting (same thing sort of, but more than just a "chemical".
Once you see your RE, make sure they are checking the physical side of your uterus, not just genetic testing! My RE said polyps can be a silent destroyer of fertility, either stopping the egg from dropping in the tubes, or messing up implantation and could even cause problems later on in pregnancy.
I only pass this along cause once I found out about it, I did a lot of reading and sure enough, it is a thing. And you can't necessarily see them on a normal ultrasound. They are under the lining.
I took a course of antibiotics for the infection and had a polypectomy (easy surgery, I was in and out of the hospital in one day). After that, we have so far had a successful pregnancy (11 +4) currently. Fingers crossed for you!!

I didn’t want to start a new month just to rant.
I posted the whole story on the Loss board just to get it out.
TW:
Suffered a loss last weekend. Even with a huge amount of blood loss including an ambulance trip to the hospital, there’s still a yolk sac.... hcg tests today and Wednesday with a follow up dr appt on Friday which will most likely lead to a D&C. So I am on the bench for the foreseeable future. I just want to grieve and not have to see the hospital for a while.
