I think I napped a total of 4 hours today. Might have to cut diclectin during the day - it kicks my ass. I’ll try B6 I stead and see if it helps. Unfortunately can’t sleep away the next 7 weeks.

Sea bands have been helping me. And any kind of movement. A long walk gives me hours of relief in the afternoons!

whatsit The 13 week scan is my favorite I think. It looks like a real baby and moves so much, but you can’t feel it. It’s wild. I find after taking for a few days the Unisom (same as diclegis) doesn’t make me a sleepy. Your body gets used to it. Good luck!

I took diclectin with my other two and I don’t think it hit me this hard. You’d think being 34 with 2 kids at home makes me more tired or something?! ETA- but you’re right @robotsvsweestlers I’ll give it a few days and hopefully it gets better.

I've been popping B6 hoping for some relief and it is slight, but my gosh. The nausea! Happy for the symptoms, sorry for my body.

I’m just over here feeling like I have to pee all the time. I think I got up 3 or 4 times last night. It sucked.

I finally slept the entire way through the night and previously had been up at least 3 times. Nausea is at bay now as well. I wanted so bad to not need meds this time but, I just do.

Weeks Pregnant: tomorrow will be 6(Wednesday) Baby is the Size of a: BB pellet FTM/STM/TTM/etc.: STM plus a chemical last month as y'all know Team: find out ASAP lol Appointments: finally called now and because DH's schedule is so weird this month it's not until Nov 9 when I'll be 10 weeks. I was hoping to take DS but unsurprisingly that's not allowed. How are you feeling? Well i have pregnancy symptoms now so that's a "comfort" haha. Just enough nausea to affect my mood, but i know it's not that bad yet. No such thing as morning sickness, it lasts the whole damn day. A little sore boobs. So tired, but not sure if that's pregnancy related or from waking multiple times a night for the toddler. Craving carbs 😆. Mashed potatoes just sounds like the perfect good right now, think we're going to get KFC for lunch lol. Rants/raves? Thanks to donnameagle for repeating that exercise helps, i finally got out for a short run yesterday and i feel so much better about myself if nothing else. Also need to drink enough more consistently. GTKY - Intro? Tell us about yourself. I've been married to DH(an RN) for 8 years and we have DS,2.5 from March 2018. 👋 whatsit. I'm a "stay at home mom" but i am usually volunteering somewhere about once a week and clean house one morning a week for someone.

Unisom is the best. I was on it almost my whole pregnancy for my son. Once you get used to it, you can add a half tab during the day if you need to for nausea.

I am in that weird time where last nights has worn off and this morning's has not kicked in so I feel like death. I hate popping meds but I have to or I won't make it.
I am downing water to help with the soon to be constipation.

I tried off and on for months to drop the afternoon half tab with my son. Sometimes I was good for a few weeks, sometimes it came roaring back. Hope it helps soon!!!

Yeay!! Hi alwayscheese! I’ve been doing 2 diclectin at night and 25mg of B6 in the morning and afternoon when I get a bit nauseous. So far it seems to help but I’m still exhausted most of the time. Sending the kids for nap/quiet time is essential most afternoons so I can get a quick nap in.

Scan with my RE today! Heart rate jumped to 166 and baby was measuring perfect. I meet with my OB next week and I was shocked because my RE said I am kind of graduating. She doesn't need to see me anymore once my OB takes over!! Gah! That is a good thing however. She said if in the few weeks I have before seeing my MFM I want another scan, to call and they will get me in. She wants me to just test out my anxiety and take it week by week for what I need.
Coming up on 8 weeks now and it feels surreal.
The fatigue and food aversions are real. I lost weight this past week. Which is shocking cause I really felt like a sloth who ate one too many bagels.

I had my ultrasound today at 6w3d and everything was perfect! The doctor and fellow were so nice, stressing just how wonderful everything looked and how happy they were with what they saw. Both sac and baby measured right where they should. Heartrate of 161, which is strong. Go back in two weeks for another scan, then I graduate to my OB. I'm so happy and relieved.

So obvi my guess for you is girl.

Although if it's a girl DH might dispute the middle name. This pregnancy i can't think past the first ultrasound, still 4 weeks away 😏, so we haven't actually discussed names since i got pregnant.

H decided hard and fast for the boy name recently and he loves it so much I can't argue LOL (Benjamin)

I won’t even think about names until after we find out the sex at 20 weeks. We don’t really have any leftover names from either of our kids, so we will be starting from scratch. Thinking about it makes me tired.

I had my first appt with my OB today. Baby is measuring about 5 days ahead, which can be normal but baby is big enough that doc wants to move my due date up by about 2 days. So I am now May 21st! Heart rate was 167 and all looked good so far.
I go back in two weeks and we schedule my switch over to my MFM doc and early testing and scans.
I went down 2 lbs over my RE appt and up 1.6 lbs at this appt LOL. So calling it a wash. Happy with no weight gain at 8 1/2 weeks so far.
I have def been splurging on food so I need to reign it in LOL.I asked H to grill a bunch of chicken for me today and I am going to pre make wraps and salads for lunch this week and not succumb to eating high calorie quick meals. I used to be soooo good about this but I have had so many food aversions.

I haven't stepped on a scale but yesterday i put on a dress for church and realized my hips and midsection definitely look thicker. So. I maybe should start telling people.
Have y'all told all your family and everybody right away?

I have only told my parents because they had to watch my son during all my appointments. Also my SIL who lives in town and my cousin bc they were both super supportive during my IF stuff.
My other SIL is moving back from California this week and we are all so excited. She’s the baby of the family and is the absolute best. I think I’ll tell everyone at the first family get together when everyone is there. She will be so excited.

I haven’t noticed any change in my abdomen at all, which seems weird. Like not even bloating. I guess I should feel grateful, but I’m kind of ready for stretchy maternity pants.
