What does your daily regimen look like? Exercise or wellness. Yoga, meditation, hard exercise?

I'm very much a morning workout person. Typically I get up at 4am and workout before work. Given the pandemic and me being WFH I've gotten pretty loose with my timing, but I struggle if it's not done right away.
I mostly run. I love racing running and triathlon races. I've mostly stuck to running since having kids because running is less time consuming and easier to squeeze in.
Typically, I run 6-7 days a week, I do some form of strength anywhere from 2-5x a week. I've been doing more being home and having more time. I've started doing more yoga recently too. But running daily and throwing in strength when I can and doing it early in the day is my typical.
Short workout days for me are like 25-30 minutes. Long workout days are easily over an hour.
Hard exercise is what I need for my well-being. Running is my zen.
