I found this show and I’m not 100% sure of everything but instead of the lady being burned at the stake in Salem, she ended up taking charge of part of the military and now witches from all over join this special regiment. You follow one girl who is a legacy from the beginning, another whose also a legacy but not a historic one, and the third girl is all new to this.
I’m intrigued that the black family is the prestigious and wealthy one while the 2 white girls aren’t as high class. I’m caught up but not realizing it was only 5 episodes in (the 6th is tomorrow night). I probably didn’t do this show justice and it’s not the best but I’m intrigued to see how it works.

I've started episode 1. I have no idea what the point of the massacre at the beginning was. But I'm sure we'll find out.

I'm caught up, and I will say without giving anything away: I don't trust a witch that uses the life force of others to stay young! Every witch show I've ever seen there are consequences and these witches don't seem to address that. I feel like this show is going to be about the 'greater or two evils!'

mischiefI like it but I am an easily pleased person! It’s very similar to Man in the High Castle, revisionist history! Instead of burning at the stake, the General Alder used her power and made a deal with the government and they work for a special area of the military. You’re following 3 girls as they go thru basic, one who is a legacy guaranteed to war college. One lost her mom under girl 1’s mother’s command, and one is a girl who could have skipped the call because her mom has a golden ticket but she chose to go anyway. But there’s trouble with another faction(?) who don’t seem to mind killing muggles (for lack of better word) to get their way! Some drama, some love, some action. Kind of mystery of what’s really going on. Edit to add mention so you know to come! And words

I watched the first two episodes tonight! Very intriguing and I can’t stop hearing Kree like captain marvel instead of Spree(sp?) lol. Cheshie6 I am dying to know the deal with all the old ladies surrounding Sara Alder but my first suspicion was they were tied to her being alive for 300+ years!
