Has anyone come up with names for their babes yet?
I feel like we had an easier time with DD- we knew for years before what we wanted for a girl name (Juliet). Coming up with a boy name was definitely trickier (she would have been Theodore).

we *think* we are set on a girl name - june, but i am kind of thinking about margaret with nn maggie. we had both girls’ names picked out before dd1 was even conceived (bea.trice and vio.let). we literally have one boy name that we can agree on but even i’m not completely sold on it. i’m 99% sure that this is a boy - not sure why, other than i just don’t think we would have another girl. there are also a lot of girls in the family so someone is bound to have another boy...i know this is not how these things work though.

We haven’t even discussed names yet but since we’re not finding out the sex, we’ll have at least one of each chosen. I really love the name Margaret but MH’s cousin named her baby that recently and our other daughters already share a name so that might be weird. I also really like Meredith and I think that would go well with our current girls’ names. Absolutely no ideas on boy names.

I didn’t even share ours 🤦🏻♀️
I woke up after my good beta feeling very compelled to name this baby Josephine if it is a girl. I have a close friend whose daughter has that name, and I ran it by her to make sure she wouldn’t think it was weird.
If it’s a boy, we’ve ditched our original boy name and will use Gabriel. The middle name is the only source of contention- DH wants a name from his side of the family (a more common boy name) and I want to use my late grandfather’s name (which is old timey and definitely not a common name at all anymore).

I love all of the names mentioned so far! I'm a big fan of the classics. Beatrice and Violet are on my girls list, too (but will likely be vetoed by DH). I'm convinced it's a boy, so I'm focusing on those names. So far the list includes Henry, Thomas, George, and William. I love Theodore, too. I've been combing through both of our family trees for names, but the further back I get the less enthused DH is.

We haven’t even talked about names yet and won’t really until we know the sex. With my daughter I came up with names I liked and then we discussed the names and narrowed it down to 4. She didn’t have a name officially until she was a few hours old. I fully expect this to be the case this time around.
It’s hard for us to come up with names that we like and haven’t been used. My H side is HUGE and everyone having lots of kids. Typical Mormon family sizes - my fil is one of 6, 2 of them had 5 kids each, and all those kids are married and are all having many kids now too.
