Who's planted this year? and what and how did you plant? Tomatoes and a bunch of herbs. Weird year, I usually plant more, but being stuck inside I haven't done as much as usual.

I'd really like one of those raised bed planters. I just need to find someone to build one for me locally.

My strawberries are kicking ass this year. Usually we are lucky to get just a few.

This is the best pea crop I’ve had in 4 years of gardening! But, I’m 99% sure all I planted was sugar snap peas and most (but not all) the peas are a mix of bigger peas in fibrous pods vs smaller peas in crunchy sweet pods, all on the same plant. But, the big peas are super sweet and tasty and my 19 month old has been munching them right off the plant, so I’m not complaining. I’ve also got baby tomatoes and zucchini growing, and my ground cherry plant is producing a lot. And the potatoes I planted finally decided to sprout in one bag (they all rotted in the second one)I’m really pleased with how well my veggies are are doing, I had a lot of garden fails the past couple of years.

Haven’t been in here in a while but my ground cherry plants are doing pretty good! Lots of fruit set, just have to wait for it to get ripe, can’t wait! I did buy 2 small blueberry bushes that I need to get into pots, they’re still in their plant cans but doing just fine. Tons of fruit on them. The raspberries are starting to flower/set fruit so it should be long for those. I did end up planting 3 garlic cloves in a pot and they are growing nicely.
My flowers are all looking great and I’m so in love with my roses. We had some bad wind a couple weeks ago that took out one of my delphiniums and another one is looking pretty bad. They were glorious before that though.

My strawberries are kicking ass this year. Usually we are lucky to get just a few. Everything is growing really well....except my strawberries. I have two different kind and while most have great foliage the ones that are producing, and its not much, are tiny.

Normally I would ask my mom about this, but she's camping with no cell service and I'm slightly impatient. We bought our house September 2018 so we had no idea what kind of plants we had. We have a rose bush that got destroyed by the Japanese beetles last summer, that we dug up in May because of sewer line work on our house. Ive been spraying it to keep bugs off, and its doing really really well. Any idea when it might start getting buds and blooming, if it even will this summer? First pic is last summer, and it ended up being worse than this by the end. 2nd pic is this morning.

My tomatoes are not making any flowers, so I have to give them some phosphorus to promote flowering, they have too much nitrogen, which encourages leafy growth. tomatoes also need a bit more sunlight, and I have a dirth of sunflowers volunteers that are giving the whole garden too much shade.
Roses are similar, also if they have too much shade they'll not produce much flowers, my roses are out in the full sun in AZ. as long as they get enough water, they produce flowers.
My auto waterer stopped working and I didn't notice in time so I lost all my cucumbers and my sage, and a couple of squash plants.

I should go here. We planted a garden last year for the first time so we're on our second go of it. Quarentine is kicking our butts and late cold meant we planted super late, but so far we've gotten a few cucumbers and tomatoes. My zucchini died so I need to figure I out what else I could plant there.
I tried buttercrunch lettuce for the first time and it's growing straight up instead of making a head of lettuce and has some flowers on the top so hopefully I can harvest some seeds and try again

We're also working on ripping out most of the landscaping and I want to do a pollinator garden on the side of the house, maybe next year.
