It is his "signature dish" aka the one he knows how to make from the 30 minute meals cookbook we have. It's kind of a tradition now that he makes it every year.

Haha it is Racheal Ray's Thai it You'll Like it Chicken, which he adds cashews to. It apparently doesn't exist on the internet anymore (he tried looking) so it's good that I knew where the cookbook was. I should look back at that 30 minute meals cookbook, there was some good stuff in there.

Hello? Where is everyone?
We just finished our April break and now we have a final 6 weeks of the school year. N started off great in the beginning but I can see being home has started to wear on him. I really worry about his emotional regulation. He goes from zero-100 on everything. I’ve been doing yoga and mindfulness to help him but he can be really stubborn.
I will be ready for some decent weather. We are supposed to get 3-6 inches of snow tonight and I am not happy.

I’m here, still navigating through the coronavirus at work. Thankfully it isn’t bad here but I’m anxious for what will happen when we “open up.” At the same time, my kids and parents are missing each other like crazy and I would love for them to see each other in person soon- thank goodness for video chat!
We finally gave in and did a quarantine hair cut for ds2. We typically buzz the 5.5 year olds hair ourself but I’d been taking ds2 in for his cuts. I made my H do it because I was in my feels about him having a big kid cut. It turned out super cute but still... my baby is all grown up! 😭
PDQ will poof later.

I’m still here. We finally gave in and got Disney+ so our house has become toy story central. Our daycare did open back up but we aren’t comfortable sending B back yet. Right now the goal is June 1. We think that is when H will be going back.
B is getting close to a mullet again. We cut his hair right before the lock down, but it grows so fast. I’m afraid to cut his even though I’ve done H’s for years now.

Right now they are waiving fees if we don’t go so it makes it easier. One of his favorite teachers is only there until the end of May (as of now) so I feel bad he will miss seeing her.

I'm here. We're trying to still figure out both of us trying to WFH with a 4.5 and 2.5 year old underfoot and it's just a lot. DD1 is having a hard time and we've been dealing with her lashing out in ways that are not typical for her. So that's been us.

Hello! We are doing okay. Census at our hospitals is actually really low - we haven’t had our surge yet and all elective surgeries are postponed. We’ve been over staffed at my hospital job so I’ve been working more shifts at the clinic to even things out a bit.
My parents and my ILs are still watching the boys for us so we have a pretty big germ pool, unfortunately. 3/4 of the g-parents are high risk- I’m just praying that I don’t get them sick.
I gave the boys haircuts. Just buzzed their heads with a #2 guard. It doesn’t look horrible but it’s not great either lol.

I've trimmed Jojo's bangs once and cut DHs hair twice. Not checking in much because there is nothing to say other than "I'm tired" and we don't have it that bad work wise or money wise or sickness wise in my city.
