I had 3 days of positive OPK’s with the last day and peak test being CD19. FertilityFriend is saying my ovulation date is CD19 while another app is saying CD20. I know that’s not a big difference but which one would you go by? Trying to decide when to test...

K well I’ll probably start the crazy train tomorrow then. I’ll be either 9 or 10dpo. Really I should wait because I’ve never gotten a positive that early.

My monitoring appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. Luckily my H is going to stay home so I don’t have to take my kids. I tried to move it up closer to 8AM, but the receptionist said no new appointments until May. I said this isn’t a new appointment. But she wouldn’t do it.
Then the office called me and I thought for sure they would cancel me. The medicine I’m taking doesn’t absolutely have to be monitored, but it really should be. Luckily they only asked me a few questions (if I was sick, have I travelled, is my family sick, etc) and then said they would see me tomorrow.
My guess is that if this cycle doesn’t work, I won’t be able to start a new one until at least May. Maybe even longer. So fingers crossed this is the one. I would love to have a quarantine baby.

My line is darker today and I am much more hopeful than I was last time. I need to call my doctor to see what they recommend but I’m really leaning towards not doing bloodwork this time around because of Covid.

My appointment today went just ok. No dominant follicle but I do think they are growing. Going back Friday.
My H isn’t exactly pleased with me going to the doctor again. They are cutting back on patients (no new cycling, only continuing already started cycles) so there are very few people there. The building had people stationed at each door asking if you are showing symptoms/have travelled/any family sick. And only the doctor is doing appointments (usually have at least one fellow or medical student with them).
Am I crazy? I don’t want to quit going since I already started and already taken my meds. I figured the doctor would tell me to stop if I should.

Ultrasound showed little growth so my letrazole dose wasn’t high enough, even though the past three cycles it was. Normally she would redose me, but bc of the COVID situation, she said I just need to ride it out. If I ovulate in a week, great. If not, she called in a medicine to the pharmacy to start my period. She said to take it around CD35 if nothing happens. I understand but am super disappointed. I’m going to take a break and figure out what I want to do. I really want a third kid, but I don’t know how much more of this I can take. She did say to message her after my period and we can assess the COVID situation and where we can go from there.

You’re not out until you’re out and that definitely doesn’t happen before you ovulate! I have been peeing on all the things with you in the back of my mind since you first encouraged early testing 😂 I have a ridiculous amount of tests so I figured why not? Anyway, I had MH get a digital last night. I was putting it with the others and opened the foil wrapper. Apparently those MFers self activate when they’re opened and you’re not supposed to do that until you’re ready to use it. 😑 So I decided what the hell and tested yesterday at like 7pm with late ass afternoon pee and it said, “YES+” ....so now I can’t stop staring at it. All of my other tests have been getting darker and I’m feeling really hopeful. Thank you for checking on me! ❤️

that is so great Fearsy!!! i’m glad i was in the back of your mind. i’m the biggest pee stick enabler 😂 also a question for you guys.. my h had a fever recently (three weeks ago) and another fever two days ago. 102.6 and 101.4. he’s healthy now, thank goodness. however, everything online says that we are doomed for 3 months after a fever. basically all the sperm is dead now and it won’t be regenerated for the 3 months it takes to make new sperm. that fucking sucks. it can’t be true right?! 😭

I'm so frustrated. My cycles are getting longer and longer. So that means I'm ovulating later than I think, right? I'm getting the right signs for ovulation when I *should* be (consistently around CD12-14). I'm currently on CD39, no period in sight. Last cycle was 58 days; before that was 44.

I googled because I hadn't heard that, but from what I saw he should be good about 72 hours after his fever is gone. 72 hours instead of days? i sure hope so! I think both of these are right. It takes 2-3 month to regenerate sperm, but the body is constantly regenerating it. So even with a temporary impact from the fever, he's already got a fresh supply
