If I remember correctly we should have some 1 year olds this month.
How is everyone doing chasing after some crawler/walkers yet?
Surviving winter and all the illness that come with it? Come update!

So I dont think I have updated in a while. N is eating everything she can get her hands on except she hates sour things so some fruits (raspberries, strawberries) and those little yogurt melts and puffs she hate too.
She has been scooting for a month. She real crawls too but still loves to slide on her belly. She can pull to stand and she is starting to cruze on furniture.
Sleep has been rough. I need to night wean her but I am waiting until closer till april to do that. I like to due it soon after I stop pumping at work as part my step down from full time breastfeeding to just doing a morning and evening feed. Which the last 2 times I still did until 18 months.
N is getting her first teeth the 2 bottom teeth. They just broke through Sunday.
Does anyone have vacations planned for 2020? I dont know that we have any. I may try to do some camping this summer we will see.

Adorable jewelsofthenile ! Dd has her two bottom front teeth and two top front teeth. She also started walking on Friday. She still prefers crawling but it’s adorable seeing her walk. I wasn’t ready for that to happen already. Her older brothers waited until they were 12 months. She’s not even 11 months yet. I think she just really wants to keep up with them! I’ve started giving her whatever we are eating at meals and girlfriend loves to eat! Right now her favorites are pasta and also scrambled eggs. So far we have two vacations planned. MH has a work conference in Disney in April that we are tagging along on. We’re surprising the kids and my mom is coming too! And then we are going to the outer banks in July with friends. We might also do a weekend trip somewhere with my sil and her family this summer too.

Hi! We are doing great. Boys are getting everywhere, crawling, pulling up, creeping along the couch, etc. They've each said "uh oh" when they throw their cups 🤣, "mama", and one twin has said "dada." They wave, blow kisses, clap, shake their heads no, and reach up for "so big!" Not walking yet, but they reallllly want to. We'll be a year in early March.
They are eating lots of table food and still taking in about 25 to 27 oz of breastmilk a day. I see the end in sight for pumping. I can't believe it. I have tapered to pumping 5x a day and will soon drop to 4. After they are one I am cutting the rest. My goal is to be done by Easter when we are going on spring break. I won't mind bringing a hand pump for relief if needed... but I am not lugging around an electric! We are going to Disney and on a cruise. It should be hectic and stressful but hopefully fun too. I tend to drop pumps really slowly but I think I can be done by then.
They do great with sippy cups and I cannot wait to be done with bottles! They still do bottles once in the middle of the night. We are going to need to cut that once they are one though. They've slept through the night a handful of times. Usually we're up around 2 am and then again at 5 or 5:30, but we can *usually* get them back down until 6:30.
Things are crazy hectic all the time but I feel so lucky to have these sweet kids. Hope you are all well too.

Happy February! It’s ear tube month here - DS gets them on Monday morning and hopefully no more ear infections!
He’ll be 10 months on the 12th and is doing great. Not yet crawling but trying soooo hard. He can push himself up to sitting from being on his belly, which is new.
We’ve finally turned a corner with finger foods - he’s currently dominating a banana. He’ll eat pretty much anything off of a fork or spoon though.
We’ve found a sippy cup that he likes. He only gets water out of it about half the time, the rest is chewing or banging it against his high chair tray, but it’s one step closer to ditching bottles (I cannot wait!!)
Hope everyone else is doing well!

Hello! We are doing well over here. N is crawling all over, pulls up to standing and can take steps while pushing her toys. She loves almost foods and has loved being able to eat the school food instead of purées. I still do them to introduce lots of flavors and for ease when I need something quick. I am going to try switching one of her bottles to a sippy cup and then slowly transition them all. I haven’t been very good about it so far.
I am debating whether to continue working. I would love to stay home with her and with DD1 when she’s not in school. H agrees I could quit but has a panic attack whenever I pick a date to give notice and then I also seem to just not be able to do it. But as we sign up for summer camps, a real decision needs to be made!

J is army crawling and working on figuring out how to get all the way up on his hands and knees. L is getting the hang of sitting finally, but still qualified for PT and DT, at 2x monthly for each therapy. Took DD (3 in March) to Disney on Ice today. She loved it! Eames, I'm curious how your trip goes with the boys, H refuses to consider Disney til they are all old enough to not need all the baby gear. I think I kinda want to attempt while the boys are still free though LOL

grover, that was our thought, let's go while the boys are free at disney and free to fly. We are renting a 3 bedroom condo instead of a hotel, and it comes with a pack and play, portable crib, a double stroller, 2 single strollers, and a high chair. And it's only $135 a night! We will definitely go back and maybe stay on property, do rope drop, reservations, etc. once they are older. For now I'm trying to keep it low pressure. My daughter is 5.5 and she's just such a great age. We'll probably go again when the boys are 5, she's 10 or so, and no one needs naps or baby gear! My daughter won't do any scary rides, so we're just going to do the basics.

Eames grover We rented a house as well. It’s definitely saving money and it’s just like 10-15 minutes away! I do like staying on property for the “magic” but that might have to wait for a while. Having bedrooms and a living space will be so nice! We also have a pool and then there’s a little water park in the community too! Eames, that is awesome that your condo comes with all of that! I’m planning on renting a double stroller when we get down there from a company. I just know my sons will end up getting tired and wanting to sit or not walk for a little bit.
