I think I might need to start taking something to help with the gas in my belly. It just sits there and causes pressure and makes me feel nauseous. I can sometimes get it to come up if I drink ginger ale, but it's not guaranteed.

ponygirl I keep refreshing and looking for an update on your ultrasound. Hope all is well. ❤️ Yes! I was measuring 7w3d but for now they kept me based off of my last period so, 8w with a due date of 9/24. Heart rate was 152. Go back March 4 for all of my bloodwork.

I have like zero symptoms today other than bloat and exhaustion. Everything else has vanished. I hate these days, they make me so worked up. I feel you on this. Hopefully you have *just* enough symptoms to feel reassured. I ate a piece of cookie cake and the nausea came right back. So yeah.

Yay ponygirl! So happy to hear you had a good ultrasound!! My previous OB always stuck with LMP regardless of measurements unless it was more than a week's difference, I wouldn't sweat it!

I haven't checked in in a few days - feels like longer. I'm entirely overwhelmed at work and the exhaustion isn't helping. I find I'm snapping at H and 5yo already. I need to find some kind of way to de-stress or debrief before I get home. Anyone have great times for anxiety, moodiness, etc? I still workout every day no matter how awful I feel because it's my way of destressing. If I manage to workout in the morning before work then I end up with an hour between getting home and having to pick up my girls, which is amazing. Unfortunately for everyone around me, I turn into a raging bitch when I'm pregnant. Sorry everyone, especially my students. I'm very take no shit at school right now, usually I'm pretty easy going. Mean Mrs cnf is out in full swing, lol. Oh girl me too. And as the counselor I often work with the most challenging students who need the most patience. I might just tell my coworkers this week. I'm only 11 weeks Monday but my bump is getting hard to hide (thanks third kid), and I'd like to explain to people who I feel like I suck at my job lately.

I've already told work and most close friends. We're on break this week then I have my NT on the 25th, so I plan to tell my students the next day. I'm on my third baby, fourth pregnancy, and I'm already starting to show, plus I'm still bloated. And I've already put on ten pounds 😩 So yeah, not hiding things well at this point.

I'm having horrible shortness of breath today. So not fun. That's usually one of my first symptoms in all of my pregnancies, and it sticks with me. It sucks. What's even worse is that when I was pregnant with DS I also got obstetric rhinitis and a sinus infection, all at once

What's even worse is that when I was pregnant with DS I also got obstetric rhinitis and a sinus infection, all at once I've had horrible sinus congestion with all my previous pregnancies. Like complete 100% no air flow through both nostrils from the day I turned a test until the day I stopped being pregnant. Had a sinus surgery last year and I've had almost no sinus issues this go around. I finally noticed a bit of mild congestion the last couple of days. It coincides with a crazy cold front and sometimes pressure changes work up my sinuses, so hoping it's that and not my pregnancy sinuses coming back. So miserable. I usually don't have shortness of breath until I'm much bigger though. I was laying on the couch just heavy breathing and like seudo yawning and H was like "ohmygod what is wrong with you" I don't know, my damn intestines are fighting for space with my diaphragm? Ugh.

Today was the first day since December I could drink water without it making my nausea immediately go into hyperdrive. Oh my gosh I'm so happy!
I'll be 11 weeks on Tuesday so I'm really hoping I'm turning a corner here.

Really wanted bread bowl broccoli cheddar soup from Panera. Hit the drive through and brought it home, so excited. Soup was in the bag but no bread bowl. I'm so sad.

I feel like it's going to be a race to put on some weight when the nausea finally subsides. I'm eating more now, but I'm still down 2 lbs from conception because I'm still not eating enough. And I know if I get cholestasis again that it makes me super sick. I think I only gained 3-5 lbs in my last trimester with DS (and that was basically all him). I never thought that I'd be glad to be a plus size momma, but this situation makes me appreciate that I have a little extra fat to spare.

First trimester and I do not get along when it comes to weight gain. I hit double digits by the time I'm out every pregnancy and it's absolutely maddening. And I say this as someone who's doing better at eating less junk and less volume since I'm not as nauseous. I also workout EVERY SINGLE DAY. And I'm still up double digits already. Just ugh.

I gained 40# with B and tore myself up over it. I lost 30 of it but I’m still starting ahead. This time I’m just going to try to exercise more and watch what I eat a little better and know I’m doing my best no matter what the scale says.

I gained 45 with my first and 30 with my second, both of which is was at a double digits gain by the start of my second trimester. I lost it all both times, and I was even down an additional 13lbs from my starting weight with DD1 when I got pregnant this time. I still struggle immensely with the gain though, mentally.

Yupp. Its rough. I'm probably going to throw out a bunch of size 6 pants soon too because I never see myself back down to where I was when I could live at the gym, before kids and marriage. But I told myself that it is ok, and if I ever get back into that kind of shape, the pants that I own now probably won't be in style and I can just go spend money on new ones. For now I'll accept my mom pants
