Hey! It’s been awhile!
How old is your LO/ birthday: 6 months as of yesterday!
Share a first Christmas ornament if your getting one : I’m sure we’ll get on from my in-laws for Christmas. I also made one with his first hospital hat and bracelet in a glass bulb just like I did for DS1. I still need to add his name and stats though.
What’s baby doing? Sitting/crawling/pulling up/rolling/ chilling ?
He is sitting unassisted and as of today, began crawling without his belly on the ground and has pulled up on his activity table.
Is baby starting solids ?: He’s tried avocado, banana, and cucumber. He wasn’t really too sure of any of it.
How are you? What’s going good ? What’s difficult ? We’re doing well. I think the hardest part right now is that I feel like we should be on more of a schedule or at least routine and we’re just all over the place. He just basically sleeps when he sleeps and eats when he eats, poor second kid. DS1 I paid so much attention to when he should be sleeping or eating.
Hows is your SO? Supportive ?Struggling? He’s doing well and is as helpful as he can be usually.

How old is your LO/ birthday: 6/14 so a couple days shy of 6 months.
Share a first Christmas ornament if your getting one : Going to Bronners this weekend.
What’s baby doing? Sitting/crawling/pulling up/rolling/ chilling ? Haha.... uhh well she’s been crawling for about 2 months. She’s been sitting for almost a month. And for the last two weeks she is pulling up to stand on everything and experimenting with taking steps... so yea that’s interesting lol.
Is baby starting solids ?: Yes, she has had oatmeal with breastmilk, banana, a sweet potato and avocado purée I made, plus boiled carrots, butternut squash, cauliflower. She has had violent vomiting episodes accompanied by paleness and lethargy when given oatmeal so that’s fun... right now we are waiting to see if it’s a true allergy to wheat or hopefully just immature digestive system that doesn’t like grains.
How are you? What’s going good ? What’s difficult ? I’m a disaster. F broke his collarbone the Monday before thanksgiving. He has fallen on it 3 more times. We go back the 23rd for yet another scan and to see if it will be surgical bc the bones have displaced so much. We also have a perpetual cold in my house. I’m going to run away soon.
Hows is your SO? Supportive ?Struggling ? As supportive as he can be while working 16 hour days 6 days a week and sometimes the 7th. See above about my running away.
Everyone loves seeing the babies , share pics. Will share a pic once I get on tapa.

How old is your LO/ birthday: 7 Months
Share a first Christmas ornament if your getting one :
What’s baby doing? Sitting/crawling/pulling up/rolling/chilling?: He's almost crawling, and he's sitting up on his own. He's a pretty happy and chill baby, except for when he's mad, and then he's got the worlds most shrieking scream. He's crawling before DS1, but he just seems like more of a baby, DS1 was born an old man, he just seemed older than he ever was. DS2 is just a cute little baby, he seems so small still. There are times when both of them are just happy and content, and then other times when I feel like I'm being poked and prodded and pulled at every second of the day and I'm tired.
Is baby starting solids?: He's got two teeth, and he's eating anything he can get his hands on, he loves food. I just weaned him onto formula and he's not happy about that but he loves to eat finger foods and baby food.
How are you? What’s going good? What’s difficult?: I'm tired, being a stay at home mom with two little ones is starting to drain me, I feel trapped a lot because I want to get out and at least exercise and I can't even do that. I feel like I'll never get out and be around people again. Like, I'm looking forward for DS1 to start 4H in two years, because that means I get to take him to the meetings and see people routinely.
It's bad. So I decided to sign up for school, I think I'm going to try and earn an associates online, in something, anything, so when the kids are both in school I can go to work with something more that an HS diploma.
Hows is your SO? Supportive? Struggling?: He's at home a lot because it's winter. He needs a shop to work in.
Everyone loves seeing the babies, share pics.

quinstar going back to school is a great idea ! I know Southern New Hampshire University has a many all online programs catered to adults with lives. VS the state college I went to that acts like college is LIFE I blended in looking kinda young then, before kids made me old. So man that annoyed the crap outa me! I have to do online because of my rural location. There is a community college that offers some of their campus classes available over a web cast, otherwise I'd really be out of luck. I might have a few classes I have to attend in person, and the campus is about 45 minutes away, so that will be tricky but DH is all for me going, and he'll take care of the kids so I can do it.

How old is your LO/ birthday: He'll be 6 months on the 18th Share a first Christmas ornament if your getting one : I didn't get a baby's first Christmas but bought each of the three kids an ornament with their initials What’s baby doing? Sitting/crawling/pulling up/rolling/ chilling ? He rolls, is trying to situp but isn't quite there yet. Eats, makes loud noise, gets teeth. Is baby starting solids ?: Started oatmeal recently. The first attempt he had stomach aches so we figured he wasn't ready and held off a few weeks and now it's going fine. How are you? What’s going good ? What’s difficult ? I'm ok. Some days three kids and working full time is a bit much and I feel like I'm never giving anything enough. Other times everything is alright. I feel like I'm enjoying the baby stage more with this one and not sure if that's because the first 2 were twins, or because I'm on anxiety meds this time, or a combination of the two Hows is your SO? Supportive ?Struggling ? SO is pretty great. He's so in love with the baby. Obviously nothing is perfect and I still have to remind him that I need a few minutes to myself now and then, but he's got the partner thing down for the most part.

How old is your LO/ birthday: Just turned 7 months a few days ago. Share a first Christmas ornament if your getting one : I made a shutterfly ornament with his newborn pics, and his birth stats. I will also take some christmas pics, and do another shutterfly ornament that actually says first Christmas. What’s baby doing? Sitting/crawling/pulling up/rolling/ chilling ? Army crawling for 2 months now. He is so fast I dont think he will ever real crawl. He can tripod for a short time, but won't stay still long enough to really work on his sitting muscles (he sits fine in a highchair, but not great on his own). Rolling as well. Is baby starting solids ?: We are somewhat doing BLW since that is all i have time for. I just thrown some of what we are eating on his plate. He mostly puts stuff in his mouth, but does not necessarily eat any of it. How are you? What’s going good ? What’s difficult ? I am ok. Very overwhelmed with 3 young kids. Meds are helping the anxiety some, but i still have some bad days. But I have 3 amazing, healthy kids. Hows is your SO? Supportive ?Struggling ? He is supportive, but working a ton, so that is a hindrance. Everyone loves seeing the babies , share pics. I don't know how to

Hi.
Baby H turned 7 months on 12/9. He’s crawling, standing and trying to take steps. He has been sleeping through the night since probably 3-4 months and in general is just such an angel baby. He’s eating solids. I made all of the baby food for E but time hasn’t been my friend so he’s getting organic purées from Whole Foods LoL. But we don’t eat meat so I need to start making some things like lentils, etc because running out of options with the step 2 foods. My 1st was really hard but this one has been a breeze from the labor/delivery, recovery, his personality, etc.
Big sister E is 4.5 years and she’s obsessed with him. I have seen zero jealousy and I’m amazed. She always wants to be with him, play with him, sit next to him. Recently I’ve let them take baths together since he’s sitting fine and she loves it LoL. He also thinks she’s the best and he smiles the biggest for her.
MH is a great dad. He’s less great at housekeeping and helping with chores. But he will do anything with the kids so that’s something. And he’s super handy so that’s always helpful when we need it. He can just be really dense sometimes like sitting on the couch after the kids are in bed next to a basket of laundry that needs to be folded and unless I ask him to do it he ignores it.
I’m working 30-40 hours a week. I’m off Wednesdays and usually try to keep the baby home with me so we get one on one time like I did with E. E is in prekindergarten so she doesn’t miss “school”.
All in all I thought I would definitely be done at two kids- I hate pregnancy and E was such a tough baby. But baby H has been so great that sometimes I wonder if I’m not done. 😬

bearfootzcontinued I’m enjoying the baby stage so much more this time. E was so hard and I just kept wishing for the next thing because the older and more mobile she got, the easier she was.
