As this is a combined thread there will be talk of LC, losses, and IF struggles. If any of these are hard for you please just let us know in your first post and I'm sure the lovely ladies on here will be happy to add TWs to accommodate.

Month/Cycle: 3/2
Timing: -2, -1
CD/DPO: 24/10 according to me. I ended up overriding my O on FF because I know it was off by a day
Symptoms: Irritable and having some light crampy feelings. Guessing it's my period gearing up. If my cycle continues to go back to normal my period is due Tuesday/Wednesday. We'll see if I end up with another short LP this month.
RRCS: I've been off work since monday.not excited to go back tomorrow.
GTKY: I love Christmas Eve. We always have H's favorite childhood dinner, bake and decorate cookies, watch Christmas Vacation, and read The Night Before Christmas in elf jammies with the girls.

Month/Cycle: 6
Timing: not sure yet
CD/DPO: 14
Symptoms: none
RRCS: I haven’t gotten a positive OPK yet; I should have a couple days ago. I started temping, and I think I did O. But why wouldn’t I get a positive OPK? I’m frustrated.
GTKY: what December holiday tradition are you most excited for? Baking cookies and watching the classics on Christmas Eve.

Month/Cycle: 1/1
Timing: -3, -2, -1
CD/DPO: 20/4
Symptoms: Nothing yet. Had some ovulation cramping. And mood swings. Getting used to the vaginal progesterone. It’s been a long time since I used them (did PIO injections for all recent cycles).
RRCS: Considering all the medical involvement in my TTC history, I’m feeling pretty chill about attempting a “normal” cycle. I guess I see how I’ll feel in a few months if this doesn’t work out.
GTKY: Tree went how today and I think that’s my favorite part. I love putting on music and getting all the ornaments out. Growing up I always got an ornament every Christmas, so I have really fond memories of each one.

marigold I know your LH surge can last less than 24 hrs. So if you are testing more than 24 hrs apart, or if the LH surge is less than 24 hrs, you can miss it. I hate OPKs. I find them so frustrating.

Month/Cycle: 1/1
Timing: we've been doing every other day until I start to get close to positive on opk.
CD/DPO: CD10
Symptoms: n/a
RRCS: in the past I used digital opks but I chose regular ones this time around. I think I prefer leaving the interpretation up to the digital one so I'll probably switch to those next cycle.
GTKY: what December holiday tradition are you most excited for?
I live for the entire Christmas season, but my favourite is decorating the tree! We always choose our tree a day or two before my birthday and then decorate the evening (afternoon now, because of the kids) of my birthday. We have mulled wine and Christmas cookies and Christmas music. I love it so much that I imagine it any time I feel stressed, and I visualized a Christmas tree while I was giving birth (to get through contractions) to my kids lol.

Month/Cycle: 2
Timing: every day leading up to O and then the day after for good measure.
CD/DPO: 17/5
Symptoms: none yet. I did get some random boob soreness and I have some extra discharge. But I’m not sure either are related.
RRCS: what is this? Haha
GTKY: getting dressed up for church and then Christmas Eve dinner at my parents.
Also, every year I wear red and white santa lingerie for H on Christmas Eve. LOL.

donnameagle RRCS stands for rants, raves, and chart stalks. I love your lingerie idea. I have red Christmas-esque lingerie. I should bust it out.

My temp dropped to cover line today so I'm fully anticipating AF first thing tomorrow. At least my cycle is back to normal and I only had one weirdo post mirena cycle. A 12 day LP is my usual length so that's good after last month's shorty LP.
On to the next one I guess.

Ok, so not charting but using OPK's. I got what I thought was a positive, because the line was really dark... but not darker than the control. About the same. So I think that was a positive, but then I got EWCM and ovulation pain a day later which pissed me off. So I am calling that my O dat. Either way timing was good, but one would have been better than the other. Oh well.
I hate ovulation test sticks.

cnf, having your cycle regulate will be huge for TTC. If this is not your month I am sorry But you have a great shot next month. Can I also say the TWW is the worstttttttttt.

I would also like to ponder out loud that if we are pregnant, telling the parents at Christmas is on my mind.
TW* TW* TW* LOSS
Unfortunately after a miscarriage and a stillbirth, pregnancy doesn't feel like a "gift" and I am scared to formally get excited about it with my family. It is such a mind fuck. I told H I likely won't even go public with it on SM. We waited until 17 weeks to announce with our last. I thought I was in the clear. Turns out, there is never a "clear".
But then I have such guilt because like, that baby deserves to have family excited about it too. Just like all of it's siblings. Mind fuck.

I hate all of this, lol. Though supposedly you ovulate after your positive so if you had pain and EWCM the day after your positive that would make sense.

I'm still semi hopefully since all my pregnancy charts always have huge implantation dips and I haven't had any spotting or my typical day before AF painful cramps yet today. Though I know realistically I'll likely just wake up to my period tomorrow and not a temp spike like the optimistic half of my brain wants. TWW is the worst.

I'm sorry donnameagle. Loss adds such a difficult wrinkle to the mess that is TTC and pregnancy. I don't have advice, just hugs.

Month/Cycle: 7
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: 13
Symptoms: none
RRCS: Just hoping I ovulate soon. I had to try to stay away from my SIL at Thanksgiving because she's pregnant and I'm not and seeing her bums me out. I should be about 4 months along now but instead I'm still here trying to get pregnant again.
GTKY: what December holiday tradition are you most excited for? We have lots of Christmas traditions and I love them! It's my favorite time. We usually go to a big park and look at the Christmas lights on DS's birthday, but we haven't done that yet even though he turned 4 on Sunday! And we have lots of Christmas gatherings and parties.

JK there's my period, without my usual day long cramping. At least my ovulation and LP were back to normal. Onto cycle three.

It's considered positive if it's as dark or darker, so if they faded after that I'd mark it as your positive.

I'm so sorry for your losses donnameagle, I can see how complicated it will be to decide about announcing your next pregnancy. Hugs. Also, I feel you on opks. I'm switching to digital next month for sure.

I'm sorry for your losses, donnameagle. Social media adds another layer of complication. Speaking of SM, I'm seeing SO MANY pregnancy announcements right now. I naively assumed I'd be one of those people announcing around Christmas time. Agreed on OPK's...they're driving me crazy. I started temping finally, and I think I'm going to rely solely on that next cycle. Looking back, I'm pretty sure I O'd earlier than I expected- before I started OPK's. My LP's have been shorter, too. I thought I had a good handle on my cycle, but it's not looking that way now.

I for sure got a squinter last night at 7dpo.
But this morning I did not see anything. I need to stop testing so early.
Like, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but I sent it to a very non biased straight shooting friend and she was like.... yeah that is a line. I inverted it and it was there but faint.
I am going to try to stop testing until at least 10 dpo. This is madness. LOL.

donnameagle I'm a horrible early tester too. I got a line two cycles ago on 9dpo. It was visible in person, in pictures, like it was there. Tested again the next day and it was gone. I totally get it. It sucks. Sending you so, so many vibes that it's for real and just so early that it'll be hit or miss until your hcg rises a bit more. Hopefully in a day or two you have a legit line. I got my BFP with DD2 on 8dpo. It's possible.

donnameagle I feel you. Peeing on stuff is so much fun, until it’s not and it starts messing with your head. I’m crossing fingers and toes for you. I’m 8DPO and trying to hold out until early next week. Doctor said to test on the 11th but I doubt I’ll hold out that long. Had some mild cramping yesterday and today that reminds me of all my other implantations. But I’m also on supplemental progesterone, so I know my hormones are making me and my body go crazy.
