It’s been awhile since I’ve checked in here.

1. How old is your LO? 19 months
2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? Too much lol. I was kinda hoping to have less feedings at this point, but we’re going with it. I will probably seriously start cutting back after the holidays.
3. Were you BF as a baby? Did your mom's BFing/FFing you have an effect on your decision to BF? I think I was? It obviously had no effect on my decision to breastfeed lol.
4. What is your favorite nipple cream? Do you still use it regularly or have you "outgrown" it? I’ve always just used Lansinoh lanolin. I haven’t needed it for awhile.


GTKY: What are you keeping your eye out for during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales? We had 2 crockpots and they’ve both died on us. So we need a new one of those. Otherwise, nothing specific I don’t think.

2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? We were down to 1-2x a day but he was sick this weekend so definitely more boob time
3. Were you BF as a baby? Did your mom's BFing/FFing you have an effect on your decision to BF? Yes, my parents are kinda lactivist and probably would have been pretty judgy about FFing. I know I'm an adult and can make my own calls but it definitely had an effect.
4. What is your favorite nipple cream? Do you still use it regularly or have you "outgrown" it?
nah, I haven't touched it other than the first weeks

3. Were you BF as a baby? Did your mom's BFing/FFing you have an effect on your decision to BF? I was BFd, but I knew I wanted to BF anyway, so I'm not sure that it affected my decision.
4. What is your favorite nipple cream? Do you still use it regularly or have you "outgrown" it? Earth Mama nipple butter. I used it consistently in the first few weeks of nursing, and I used it after pumping. But I haven't used it since I stopped pumping a few months ago.

GTKY: What are you keeping your eye out for during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales? skincare stuff, a few video games that DH wants for christmas, kids' clothes

-I was, for a few months. It didn't affect my decision, though my mom tried to get me to FF when things didn't start off well. I kept BF as a weird rebellion lol.

4. What is your favorite nipple cream? Do you still use it regularly or have you "outgrown" it?
-I liked Earth Mama also. I actually started using it as a lip mask.

GTKY: What are you keeping your eye out for during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales?
-Our family Christmas PJs (should be super cheap at Target) and a robot mop.

3. Were you BF as a baby? Did your mom's BFing/FFing you have an effect on your decision to BF? Yes for like 9 months I think? It didn't affect my decision at all, I told myself I wanted to try with BF for both kids and it thankfully worked out well.

4. What is your favorite nipple cream? Do you still use it regularly or have you "outgrown" it? I never used it, lol. I guess I have nipples of steel? LOL

GTKY: What are you keeping your eye out for during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales? I usually try and get a good deal on holiday cards....not really sure what else.

2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? 2x (wakeup and bedtime)

3. Were you BF as a baby? Did your mom's BFing/FFing you have an effect on your decision to BF? Yes. I don't think it impacted my initial decision, but it was helpful to have support.

4. What is your favorite nipple cream? Do you still use it regularly or have you "outgrown" it? I only ever used lanolin, and I stopped using it after maybe the first month, except for the once or twice I got a weird blister or something from the pump.

GTKY: What are you keeping your eye out for during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales? Some smart home items, target gift cards (usually the sunday after), maybe an apple watch for H?

17 months
2. How many times per day does your LO nurse?
3-4 times a day? He snacks a lot
3. Were you BF as a baby? Did your mom's BFing/FFing you have an effect on your decision to BF?
I was breastfed for 3 months, but I was too lazy so my mom switched to formula. But my brother was born when I was almost 3 and she BF him for 15 months. When she would feed him I'd go grab my doll and try to feed it too, so I'm sure it made a difference. I always point to that as when I knew I wanted to be a mom.
4. What is your favorite nipple cream? Do you still use it regularly or have you "outgrown" it?
I only used Jack Newman's nipple cream, and only for a month or 2.

Nada. I'm poor for the moment lol
