I'm not entirely sure... I wanted do dress up as a family, but DD is insistent that she is going to be a purple sour patch kid, so maybe we'll do a candy theme? I could have C be an M&M with a red onesie and beanie, and MH and I could be other candies. Or we'll do a costume theme with C and DD can be her own weirdo.

Not totally sure yet but I need to not leave it as late this year as I did last year.
I'm thinking I'll dress DS1 up as Harry Potter and DS2 will be something related. Dobby is the current front-runner.
Last year they were Jon Snow and a (dire)wolf.

He just turned 3 and I don't think he really understands Halloween yet. I imagine this will be the last year I get to choose lol.

We've never dressed either girl up and I don't know what we'll do this year. Neither dh or I have ever really been into Halloween. Dd1 is getting some dress up princess dresses for her birthday so we'll maybe do that or she has a minute mouse dress that we'll maybe add some ears and call it a day. I'm guessing if we go trick or treating it'll be to about 2 houses haha. Dd2 who knows...

We are big on Halloween, obviously. Lol! And sometimes have multiple costumes. This year, DD requested to be Honey Lemon from Big Hero 6 and DS will be Baymax and I'll be GoGo. Not sure if their dad is dressing up. But since DS's bday is a costume Halloween party, we need another round of costumes. Our theme is old school monster mash. DS will be vampire and I'll be bride of Frankenstein. Still working on DS. Not sure what their dad will do.

I had joked a long time ago that M could be rapunzel and P could be pascal ... thinking M would pick something else ( she was also thinking Anna and Elsa).... but M asked when was buying her costume so I found a rupenzel dress and target had a lizard. So here we are set for Halloween.

Maybe I can get a second costume out of that...

Dramaphile I want to hear all about it. Maybe you can give me some ideas! I have no plans yet, although i have googled a few things and started adding to my halloween decorations. Not sure if I want to do an actual theme or just a halloween party in general. I've seen some cute stuff that is either Little Monster or Little Pumpkin themed. My BFF who is an amazing baker has offered to make him a cake, so that's taken care of! Target Dollar section has some really cute halloween decorations right now. I picked up a banner and some glittery spooky tabletop trees so far. I figure most of what I buy we can just use for our regular Halloween decorations lol. I got a Silhouette Cameo for my birthday, so I have plans to make a bunch of homemade decorations as well, like a birthday chalkboard and a hanging photo display

DramaphileLove it! Yes, I found lots of monster stuff for our theme. I found a ton of stuff at Dollar Tree. I was surprised how many great things they have. And yes, totally using lots of stuff for normal Halloween decorations after. Lol! My sister makes the kids cakes each year so I'm stoked. I think we will have a pumpkin smash cake and then a small three tiered cake with a Dracula level, Frankenstein level and a mummy level. I've been working on a DIY high chair banner for him. I found a ton of good Halloween scrap fabric for like $1 or less plus ribbons from the dollar tree.

I already ordered a puffy llama costume for DD a few weeks ago! DS picked out a chameleon costume at Target this weekend.

Big kid wanted to be a police officer so the baby is going to be his prisoner. I am going to try and make a jail cell out of our wagon- although I am not sure if I'll have time the next couple of weeks look really busy.

He was just so happy big brother was playing with him haha dd2 LOVES anything the dd1 does to her. Dd1 will try to run while holding her hand and she can't go very fast yet, so she'll fall over and dd1 will be dragging her but she's laughing her head off the whole time.
