Hey!
I know this board has kind of died since we had our babies, but I figured I would check in and see how everyone is doing (assuming anyone checks here anymore).
DS is doing great. He is a super sweet, happy baby. He sleeps well for now, and is still breastfeeding well. Daycare always says he is happy, and only fusses if something is wrong. He is getting so big so fast.
Brother and sister love him, which is awesome. But sister does get in has face, which he loves, but it stresses me out.
I am doing ok. DD started kinder last week, so that is a new adjustment.
DH is going out of town for work for a few days this week, so my goal is to keep 3 kids alive, and get them places on time, and fed.
Hope everyone, and all the babies are doing well!

We are doing well. O has been a dream baby, but is starting to get very distracted and isn’t sleeping as well during the day. Big brother loves him and is super sweet to him and gets some of the biggest smiles.
We’re gearing up to go house hunting near family and will hopefully be moving in about a month and a half if all works according to plan!

I've been so bummed over the death of our little board! Sometimes it just helps so much to commiserate with mamas that are going through the same stage.
E is doing well. She's a very easy baby... for me only. Everyone else she totally pulls a Mariah Carey I don't know her. Currently going through a little nursing aversion/mini stroke but we are powering through and still EBF.
F is also doing well. He started at a homeschool co op for preschool today and I was super emotional. But he loves it and he loves learning.

lolacachia, I am sad our board has died as well. It is nice to have a little place to go to talk with parents who have kids the same age. I hope the nursing strike is over, or is short lived! And glad to hear F is doing well! @starzia, I love hearing about both kids! Multiple kids is hard! They are absolutely adorable! That program for your DD sounds awesome. That is a great deal on a stroller! I have been looking at strollers, but dont want to spend much since this is my last kid. We want a jogging stroller that has a standing board attachment, but I am coming up empty on that. I may just get a single Joovy jogger, since price wise it is more doable than the other options.

courtniko, are you looking to actually jog with the stroller or do you just want something easy to push and maneuver? If it’s the latter, the city mini is great and you can get a glider board. I’ve also seen universal glider boards (actually I’ve attached our city mini glider to our chicco stroller and it worked). My DS is unfortunately too heavy to use the glider board with O (he’s accidentally tipped the stroller back).

I did not see anywhere where the Joovy said a glider board would work, so knowing one would work with the Citi mini is really good to know. I do not want it for jogging, just something easy to push and maneuver. Does the front wheel turn, or is it locked straight? I read the Amazon description, and I did not see that mentioned (the Citi mini gt). I am checking out the older version on amazon, because $250 vs. $399.

I don’t lock mine (it turns) but it might have that option? I have the city mini gt. I got mine in 2016 used and it still works great so definitely don’t feel like you need the newest.

I’m obsessed.

Hey there! Life has been crazy with adjusting to being back at work, so I haven’t been online as much as I used to. Hopefully once things settle for all of us we can check in more often.
DS is doing well. We had some issues with weight gain, he was dropping percentiles pretty drastically for a while. The pedi had us start supplementing with formula to make sure he was getting enough calories, and we met with an IBCLC who helped us troubleshoot some breastfeeding issues. Turns out he has a pretty restricted tongue tie! DH and I are both ticked that the pedi never noticed it, and this went on as long as it did, but at least we’re catching it now. So he’s getting that fixed this week, and hopefully within a few weeks we’ll be able to get back to exclusive breast milk. Because cloth diapering with formula poops is no fun! He’s gaining much better now too, and climbing back to his original percentiles, so we’re on the right track.
Going back to work st the start of the semester was challenging. I felt like whenever I was at work, I wanted to be home, but when I was home alone all day I wanted to be out with other people. I’m finally finding a good balance though, and feeling like I can swing this whole working mom thing. I love my job, so I’m glad I’m figuring it out.

bonzo, glad you are getting the young tie fixed, hopefully that helps! It is always so hard to find a work life balance, but sounds like it is getting easier at least!

I definitely have no plans to jog with the stroller I have just heard that some jogging strollers basically won't turn because the front wheel is permanently locked, and I want to avoid that. I definitely want a front wheel that swivels. And for some reason I still have not pulled the trigger on buying a nice stroller.
