peggyhill up to 4-6 weeks doesn’t necessarily mean that will be you. I stopped spotting with DS1 completely by 3-4 weeks. This time, it’s really light compared to what I am used to, and they told me to expect period type bleeding for up to 2 weeks followed by light bleeding or spotting. Just keep in mind, as you get more active or move around more, it can come back

cmb, Thank you! I definitely will keep wearing a pad just in case it comes back as I get more active. I’m glad it’s not a premonition of an problem having it stop sooner than expected

Welp, I have another MPI baby (did I share this already?)- She was diagnosed midday Friday before we were even discharged. We went home late Friday night, and the boys just love her.
Saw our pediatrician Saturday morning (we used the fact that they were open on weekends as a bargaining chip to go home at 24 hours), and he agreed with the MPI diagnosis and keeping her on hypoallergenic formula. I’m not super surprised. DS2 needed it, and the nurse said it would be roughly 50/50 on if she would as well. Our pediatrician had us switch brands, though, so she’s working on adjusting to it.
My boobs hurt so much 😭😭 Sudafed, cabbage, and tea can only work so fast, but come on.. 😭😭
