I figured since there are a few of us around we can do a check in!
This is a combined TTC thread for EVERYONE currently TTC. Whether you're a first timer, a many timer, or an old timer come on in and pass the time as we struggle through WTO and the dreaded TWW.
As this is a combined thread there will be talk of LC, losses, and IF struggles. If any of these are hard for you please just let us know in your first post and I'm sure the lovely ladies on here will be happy to add TWs to accommodate.
Month/Cycle: 5/7- we’ve had 2 losses and took a 2 cycle break during that time
Timing: decent I think
CD/DPO: around 20/7- I haven’t been temping and charting but based on CM think I ovulated around 7 days ago.
Symptoms: Nothing out of the norm for me during the TWW.
RRCS: DH and I know we’re so lucky to have 3 healthy children but are really hoping for a 4th. I’m afraid if we have another loss or don’t get pregnant soon DH will decide he’s ready to quit trying. Obviously if he’s not on board then we will be done but it just makes me sad.

Oh I will be ready to play soon! IUD comes out Monday.
I bought my thermometer yesterday, and my wonfos came in the mail today so I'm all set. I think I'll start temping as soon as the IUD comes out, and will wait to pee on anything till after I get a cycle.
If anyone has taken out Mirena, how long did it take to ovulate again? I know it's different for everyone, just looking for anecdotes.

Month/Cycle: 6/6
Timing: Ok
CD/DPO: CD19/2DPO roughly
Symptoms: None yet
RRCS: I haven't been temping but my cycles have been pretty regular. I am now wondering if I should temp though and maybe I am not ovulating when I think I am and our timing hasn't been good. I don't know.

Month/Cycle: 3
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: CD 3
Symptoms: period is less crampy than last month's so that's good
RRCS: Is this where I talk about anything? My ac went out in my car the other day and I spent all day with my mil while fil worked on it and it's still not done ugh.
I'll start testing with opks next wed. I usually o anywhere from cd 13-21.

Month/Cycle: 2 after a MMC D&C in March and 2 cycle reset break afterwards
Timing: pretty good, 1 day and 3 days before O
CD/DPO: CD25/8DPO-ish
Symptoms: nothing I can attribute. I have a terrible cold that's on its way out, so I'm fairly sure any "symptoms" are just that.
RRCS: my temps have been all over the place this cycle, and the luteal phase was just barely scraping over the coverline last month. if no go this time, I'm debating calling my OB to get bloodwork. I almost kind of hope it didn't happen this month because then it means I can go with DH on a work trip to Germany in October - it's right around the time when my high risk stuff would ramp up super quickly. We debating not trying at all this month, but I'm 34 and DS is almost 7. I don't want to wait much longer before bringing home another LC.

Hi All!
Hope it is okay I join here. I have a DS who is 5 that we got pregnant with quickly (3 months TTC) and then we struggled to get pregnant with DD for 3 years and eventually got pregnant VIA IVF#5. She was born in Dec 2019. We really want a third and although its sooner than we would otherwise would have planned for, we figure at 34 its better to get a move on things. We are going to try on our own until late fall time frame and then go to the RE. We have one embryo left from my last retrieval.
Month/Cycle: 3
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: CD 3
Symptoms: nothing!
RRCS: This is the first month we will be using OPKs. I am not temping this go around. I don't want to get too intense into things knowing that my chances are probably very low without RE intervention.

Hey! I intro'd a few months back, but then the board kind of died for a bit. I have a 3.5 yr old DS and am ready for #2!
Month/Cycle: 7/7
Timing: ok-ish... 5 & 2 days before estimated ovulation, and 1 day after.
CD/DPO: 24/10... I'm considering testing on Tuesday, but don't want to be disappointed so also might just wait to see if my period shows later this week.
Symptoms: Been feeling a little bit of, like... tightness? around my tummy area the last 2 days. It just feels different. It's probably nothing and I am just too hopeful.
RRCS: I know it has only been 7 months of trying, and I know it can take healthy couples some time to conceive, but I am feeling really down & discouraged that we are not pregnant yet. I know it's completely irrational, and I feel kind of like a jerk feeling that way because I know there are couples who have actual trouble trying to conceive. I got pregnant with DS on our 1st cycle trying and even though I knew not to expect that again, I still was hopeful it'd be quick this time around. I can't help but feel like it's something in my control. Maybe we are too old now (I am 34, H is 36)? I am also a bit heavier than when I had ds, so maybe the extra weight is a problem? Ugh, I don't know I just am feeling frustrated.

twopeas I don't go here any more, but I get it. I got pregnant with DD at 33 on the first try. TW loss . . . For number 2 it took 15 months and 2 chemicals. I was so unprepared for the differences in those two ttc journeys. At 38 I now have a 5 month old DS and all is well. Maybe it was age, a fluke, whatever. It was hard. I handled it bad and started losing my shit on like...month 2. I just want to say, hang in there. I'm not suggesting you'll have a similar journey, but I can commiserate on all levels. Ttc is hard. ❤

Mind if I join?
I'm 32, TTC take home #3. I have a 4yo and 2yo daughters. We're resuming TTC after being benched since January.
Month/Cycle: 1 (I'm starting my count over since we had such a long break)
Timing: NA
CD/DPO: 14, typically I O around CD 18.
Symptoms: Nope
RRCS: I found a discount code for ovusense so I'm giving that a try this time around. Temping when your 2 year old wakes up 494660 times a night is tough. It's made it easier so far to get temps. I'm still imputing data into FF though because I'm comfortable with it after using it for so long.
TW loss mentioned. . . . I had a loss in Jan. and then a rough time getting my uterus back to normal. This is my first cycle not on progesterone. I'm hoping my hormones are back to normal and therefore my cycle.

I am on CD32 (my cycles are 30-31 days long). I tested yesterday because it was my husband's birthday and we were going out and it would have been amazing to get a positive but of course it wasn't. I'm sure that my period will show up today, especially since I am completely unprepared for it to start.

Hi all. It’s kinda slow in here but I’ll chime in because why not.
Month and Cycle 2
Timing: I think good, we have had timing every other day for the last 4 days including today, and tomorrow will be as well. I’m pretty sure I ovulate tomorrow.
CD/DPO: CD14, I think I ovulate today or I will ovulate tomorrow.
Symptoms: Nothing yet because I’m not in the 2WW wait.
RRCS: I’m not sure what this stands for but random comment... I really want a late spring baby or summer, and I feel dumb for hoping for a certain time of year but oh well.

Going to jump in! Month/cycle: 5 CD/DPO: period day 4 Symptoms: mid cycle so Nada, although I've been feeling "symptoms" every month so I'm not putting much stock in anything🤷🏻♀️ RRCS twopeas your comments are my exact feeling. We have a 4, almost 5 year old DS, so I really hoped my body would get with it this time, hasn't been the case. We've been temping, charting and testing away. Trying to start over again with a better mindset this month.

willow, I totally get the feeling, I don't know, guilty? about wanting a certain time of year for the due date. Like I should just be happy if we get pregnant, but there are definitely certain times of the year that I'd prefer over others. I have May and June babies. I'm so torn between wanting to get pregnant now, and waiting and hoping for a fall baby.

I mean I want a baby no matter what but I’d really just ideally like that time of year purely for selfish reasons, being able to get out of the house easily since I live in the land of 7 months of winter.

It was so amazing to have sunshine most days, warm weather and less worry about the flu. I hope you get a spring/summer baby. And now I'm kind of hoping for one too 😆
