Week/fruit/EDD: 22w4d, coconut, 11/8 (RCS 11/1)
FTM, etc: 3TM
Appointments: Monday for OB
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Pink!
Milestones: less than 2 week from viability!
Symptoms: anxiety, some heartburn, getting harder to breathe, exhaustion
Rants: I need a vacation. I haven't taken any time off this year except for random days when my kids are sick and it's starting to get to me. We have a beach trip planned later this month but it's only 3 days off work. I hate having to save my days for maternity leave.
Raves: I went to a New Kids on the Block concert this weekend and it was awesome as usual. They were touring with Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, Salt N Pepa and Naughty by Nature. So good. This is the 3rd NKOTB concert that I have been to in a row pregnant. They come around about every 2 years so next time I hope to be able to drink and have an even better time.
GTKY: What's your favorite summer food? Can be general or a specific dish. - I love grilling out in the summer even though we haven't done it much yet this summer. I'm a vegetarian so we mostly grill veggies for me (I love zucchini, portobella mushrooms and corn). I also really like fresh tomatoes. I make an easy side sometimes of tomatoes, a little feta, cucumber and greek dressing that is usually a hit at parties.

PEACHES. I love them anyway, but this pregnancy I’ve been craving them like crazy. The number of peaches I go through in a week is... a lot. 😬

My anatomy scan went well this morning, but it took forever because baby girl was super wiggly and kept turning the wrong direction for almost all of the pictures they needed. And then she got hiccups! It still amazes me that we can see so much in there.

Week/fruit/EDD: 18/grapefruit
Appointments: my next appt is my anatomy scan but it’s not for 3 weeks
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): pink
Milestones: none?
Symptoms: I’m feeling pretty good! Tired and have some aversions but I’ve figured out how to work with it.
Rants: I need to get better about exercise. I just don’t want to so much of the time and so my days per week are not what they were. Also (after reading the fffc) I understand more why my docs looked at me funny when they tested me for CMV and apparently I’ve never been exposed. They tested me because I have young kids at home who are around other young kids all the time and so they want me to be super careful.
Raves: my maternity clothes got here and I’m so happy. I want to find a supportive pair of sandals or maybe I should just skip to an easy slip-on sneaker. If anyone has recommendations, I’ll take them. I HAVE to wear socks with my sneakers. Can’t do the no sock thing it feels gross.
GTKY: What's your favorite summer food? Can be general or a specific dish.
I love potato salad, pasta salads with grilled chicken and lots of fresh veggies, peaches, strawberries, and more. Not eating those things these days but am looking forward to next summer already.

teatime I’ve been wearing the target version of some birkenstock sandals this summer, and they’ve been pretty comfy. I need to find some new slip-on sneakers too, just for more “active” days with the kids. I’ll be on the lookout!

I love my jellypops. They are very light and have memory foam soles. They do not have arch support, so skip them if that's something you need.

I love my birkenstocks, they are surprisingly comfortable and sturdy. For slip on tennis shoes, I've been wearing some version of skechers for the last few years and they work well for me.
